Lots of newbie users joining to comment 🤔 I smell something. I wonder where they are coming from 🤔 Crawling out from there rocks they are under in BS3 no doubt. The unwashed will be having a field day with this ..

Exeter took the very brave (and right) decision to suspend him even though he was a key player and might have made a significant difference to their season. It's a pretty stark contrast to our club's behaviour

Perhaps a number of posters should be renamed Mary Poppins 1,2,3,4, etc. They all think they are practically perfect in every way. I am neither for or against this signing because I realise there is nothing I can do about it. I just try to support the team. Personally I think Wael is a good, honest person with morals and is helping JB and his family work through the problems they have had. Perhaps he has a similar feeling about this young man. Everyone deserves a second chance, no one should be blighted for the rest of their lives. At the end of the day no one on this forum knows what the facts or truth are, even though some indicate otherwise.

Not knowing the facts or truth wouldn't stop people drawing a guilty opinion, it's the way of society and probably always has been, as my old man used to say, common sense isn't common.

Pleased with this. One of the best players in L1 last season, so from a football perspective, a superb bit of business.
We're hopefully not too far away now from a squad that can challenge for the top 6.
Sign Gibson and / or Taylor, Bogarde on loan, and another striker, and I'll be pretty optimistic about our chances.

What are you talking about? I'd suggest you know the details Before you start calling people 'Scum'. I've That's the song lyrics over the announcement video. No thank you. I've no doubt looked into it more than you have That is embarrassing

The announcement video is absolutely embarrassing. "Durkio told me he been on some positive sh**, yeah, yeah Lately, I just wanna show up and body some sh**, yeah, yeah Always been a lil' mathematician, lately, it's cash I'm gettin' Got me losin' count of these bags, I've been movin' too fast Hard times don't last, 'member when cops harassed
Talkin' out my ass, boy, you ain't sh** but a bitch with a badge" "All my life (All my life) They been tryin' to keep me down (They been tryna keep me down) All this time (All this time) Never thought I would make it out (Never thought I'd make it out)" if you assault a woman you are absolute scum that is that. Just a popular song at the minute, wouldn’t read too much into it. As a song, no, it's rubbish. But as PR tool used by a professional sports club with women and children a significant portion of the fans it ranks right up there as embarrassing at best, amateur if we are forgiving but down right stupid and possibly malignant. Why do that, use that song? Ffs.

I hope you enjoy it. Once a Gashead always a Gashead is clearly not the norm in your household then? Some things are more important to me. Nothing is more important to me than watching my team. It's what true supporters do. Then again I have been doing so for 59 years, so it's in my blood. I suppose we are all different. There is no way that I would watch any other team.Whilst Bristol Rovers exist and I am able to do so. I will be there.

IF we managed to get Bogarde back, that would give us the following options in central midfield (Defensive / Attacking): Bogarde Grant Finley Rossiter Ward McCormick Evans Brown Now there are some things to consider: 1) Can we get Bogarde back on loan? 2) Can Josh Grant and / or Jordan Rossiter stay Fit? 3) Can Josh Grant and / or Jordan Rossiter rediscover their best form after bad injuries? 4) Can Evans and McCormick rediscover their best form after a disappointing season?

Exeter took the very brave (and right) decision to suspend him even though he was a key player and might have made a significant difference to their season. It's a pretty stark contrast to our club's behaviour Some within the Exeter ranks believe that the board there was too soft and should have sacked him for gross misconduct once the evidence was revealed and Jevani pleaded guilty to one of the offences. They could have saved themselves a few months wages just like we did when we sacked David Pipe.

But Barton and his ethos pushes me to the limit of acceptability.

We've just signed one of the best players we've faced over the last two seasons.
I'll leave the other stuff for the courts to decide.

I would assume your family for example would be more important surely? I have over 35 years of Rovers in my blood too. Its not something done lightly or due to some kind of hissy fit. It saddens me greatly.

I think an in form Bogarde would turn us into promotion contenders with current squad after the recruitment so far.
