Some within the Exeter ranks believe that the board there was too soft and should have sacked him for gross misconduct once the evidence was revealed and Jevani pleaded guilty to one of the offences. They could have saved themselves a few months wages just like we did when we sacked David Pipe. And some on their forum believe they should have kept him and supported him through this, and that they have lost a damn good player. I’m on the fence on this signing, but it does get me when people go selective on their quotes. I did say some and agree that these characters will always carry division wherever they go. There was also division about his ability and commitment but he did have a decent half season last year. As Oldie said, it's done now.

The announcement video is absolutely embarrassing. "Durkio told me he been on some positive sh**, yeah, yeah Lately, I just wanna show up and body some sh**, yeah, yeah Always been a lil' mathematician, lately, it's cash I'm gettin' Got me losin' count of these bags, I've been movin' too fast Hard times don't last, 'member when cops harassed
Talkin' out my ass, boy, you ain't sh** but a bitch with a badge" "All my life (All my life) They been tryin' to keep me down (They been tryna keep me down) All this time (All this time) Never thought I would make it out (Never thought I'd make it out)" if you assault a woman you are absolute scum that is that. Sez the person who names himself/herself after the worst scum of a footballer to come out of Italy so anti this yet calls himself after one of the worst human beings and his treatment of women.

Anyone notice his laugh when asked if he was looking forward to teaming up with Azza again? Does he know something we dont. Maybe if all goes well in court, we then cash in on Azza? Hope not.

I think the point the majority of people who are uncomfortable about this, myself included, are trying to make is that we should have waited until the facts came out in court before offering him a two year contract. Rather than being in a situation where as supporters we have to wait until the court case to decide whether we can be happy about this signing or not.
Maybe the fact we offered the contract early meant we got him rather than Exeter or Rotherham stance of waiting in the wings I think that’s pretty close to what has happened. JB/BRFC have taken a risk. They knew others were looking at him and were probably waiting to see what happened court-wise. JB has taken a risk to get him when after the court case he may get more ‘attractive’ offer. UTG!

Knowing our luck he'll be unsignable, perhaps that's what Brown thinks hence he's signed for us rather than a bigger club after the trial.

Excellent signing. A front three of Brown, Thomas and Collins* is going to cause a lot of teams problems next season. * If he stays. That "if he stays may need to be put next to Brown too

Surely any potential employee would do due diligence and ask to see all the court evidence, not just take a chance on Brown's version of the events being correct? We probably couldn't have better experts in this field than JB and his legal advisors! They aren’t going to show the club the evidence for an upcoming court case against a player they want to sign lmao That depends on how much they wanted him to sign for us?

Found this on the Exeter forum, they are talking about the HGT statement from earlier. grecIAN Harris Very well known Exeweb poster JoinedMar 9, 2004 Messages26,078 LocationBack home in the village OmanGrecian said: View attachment 11896 I think maybe they need to get in contact with the City womens side. The one name Chloe always mentioned whenever it came to interest in the womens squad from the mens squad was Jevani. I'm not saying none of the others did but I think Her Game Too at Rovers need to dig a bit deeper before coming to immeadiate conclusions which seems to be the suggestion here.

Exeter took the very brave (and right) decision to suspend him even though he was a key player and might have made a significant difference to their season. It's a pretty stark contrast to our club's behaviour Some within the Exeter ranks believe that the board there was too soft and should have sacked him for gross misconduct once the evidence was revealed and Jevani pleaded guilty to one of the offences. They could have saved themselves a few months wages just like we did when we sacked David Pipe. When you say the evidence was revealed and some Exeter fans wanted him out was that real evidence and stuff that was in the public domain? I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s been digging around on the internet trying to find details !!

Once the prosecutions evidence was revealed to the defendant, his solicitors and the information passed to the club. It will be in the public domain from the 7th of July. I doubt the Exeter director of football and manager will attend with Jevani now as they did on the previous hearings.

I thought maybe you meant their fans had seen stuff which is now no longer to view (Like the footage that was doing the rounds about Blackman).
