Once the prosecutions evidence was revealed to the defendant, his solicitors and the information passed to the club. It will be in the public domain from the 7th of July. Ok cheers. I thought maybe you meant their fans had seen stuff which is now no longer to view (Like the footage that was doing the rounds about Blackman). There were plenty of accusations from the alleged victims friends and relatives which were taken down once it was pointed out that their posts could be sub judice and could harm any chance of a prosecution. |

A woman claiming to be the sister of the woman involved in the court case has tweeted various allegations, whether they are correct or not will only be known when the case is heard. She's claiming it was a bit more than just a slap! |

However, we can confirm that in due course, once the case has concluded, we will make a decision on what this means for our partnership with Bristol Rovers FC.
We will remain in dialogue with the club throughout the process and provide further comment if required in due course. We will also continue to support the great work that goes on with Bristol Rovers Community Trust and the Gas Girls.

I believe that they have a safe, welcoming place on matchdays for female supporter who may be attending their first game, or attend games on their own, which allows them to meet like minded females. This is a brilliant idea, and it would be such a shame if things like this were lost. |

I think that’s pretty close to what has happened. JB/BRFC have taken a risk. They knew others were looking at him and were probably waiting to see what happened court-wise. JB has taken a risk to get him when after the court case he may get more ‘attractive’ offer. UTG! Knowing our luck he'll be unsignable, perhaps that's what Brown thinks hence he's signed for us rather than a bigger club after the trial. Yes, that is an alternative view. Perhaps the club have put in a clause or something to cover that possibility. Time will tell as ever. UTG! |
