I don't actually mind that their wealth has been kept under wraps. It's far better than the nonsense following Wael's takeover, and the media claims of him being a Multi Billionaire.
Regardless of their wealth it would be nice to know something about their back grounds, the Chairman must be in 50's/60's so must have spent the last couple of decades doing something of note in the business world in order to be able to afford to takeover 55% of the club from Wael/Samira? |

I remember when the Evening Post was worth reading' especially the match reports from Rovers or that other despicable shower.....
Was a true Bristol Paper back in its day!
And HTV West evening news with Bruce Hockin,
Richard Wyatt, Alison Holloway, Sammy Mason etc and our old friend.....Roger Malone!
Who remembers John Abrahams Gardening slot on Mondays???

Them were the days of my youth Plus Ian Seymour when all our players had taches!and Sherrie Eugene - fair play to her, promoting race and disability diversity before most people had heard of it. Went downhill when they brought in Jed Pitman. If anyone has a stressful life and needs calming, just try and find some footage of John Abrahams, I remember a soothing voice and tales of taking time and patience, plan ahead properly and you will reap what you sow. Very chilled and so very different from these "instant" and replace not repair, (or grow), plastic times! |
