It's also on the t'other forum.
Ive been sent a share split certificate from the Jersey Financial Services Registry this morning that shows there was a share split but it doesnt mean its for investment. It could be for tax advantages or a precurser to some investment? It could be something, it could be nothing.
Who knows at this stage?!
Edit:
I'm not ITK about anything, I was sent it from a fellow forum member around 11am asking if I knew anything. I know nothing.

There is no solid substance or direct proof to this train of thought, however, when Wael arrived I remember looking through his connections and achievements.
One thing stood out back in 2016 which was his involvement in supporting the Prince of Jordan for a place on the top table with FIFA.
The prince missed out on the FIFA role and I always thought that maybe, just maybe he would play some part in Rovers’ future and that Wael would get us to a certain point where new investment would be welcomed and the prince would be a quiet benefactor in the background.
A quick scan today and spotted on YouTube what looked very much like Hani at the Princes' wedding in June this year.
This could easily be 2 plus 2 equalling 5 of course but always had a feeling when Wael arrived that the prince would have a hand in this, even if indirectly through business networking channels.
Time will tell if what Dr F has been told is correct.
