Great signing which shows some players are taking us seriously, as did Luke Thomas which I also think was a bit of a coup although some may disagree with that. Love him or not, Barton is a biggish name in the game especially at this level, and if he is allowed to offer the wages, he can do the chat to get them on board. Another player who is happy to come back, yet people still say that JB cannot manage people, and players don't like him, but are afraid to say so.  |

He's 21 years old, had championship experience, loads of potential, big and strong. There are years for him to improve and make it, defenders legs tend to last a bit longer so he could have another 14 years in the game.
I hope it works out for him at Bristol, Barton seems to know how to get the best out of the young players he's had off us so who knows, he might be the next Souttar or even better.

Let's be honest- a year ago we'd of all referenced our unprofessional opinion and signed Connor based on the promotion season. I doubt there's a single gashead that wouldn't.
A year on, some wise "marks" doubt this on stokey678's potters forum commemts????Balls malone.

So chuffed to Connor Taylor coming back, really awesome when players have been here and then choose to return, Luke Thomas, James connely and now beefys back! His fist pump when he rushed to grab the ball out of the net against Scunthorpe was one the best moments of that match.
Can’t help but feel it’s going to be a very special period in our history! Pump it up!
