Apart from Tom Gorribge Waels recruitment of staff behind the scenes has been shambolic.Hopefully Hussain will have a more professional approach in that regard The South Stand fiasco has to be our last cock up and the new owners can come up with a coherent plan going forward at the stadium This is where i think many of us have got it wrong, i think Wael gives people that he trusts, the brief to employ but, of course, he has to sign off on them. Anyway, let’s wait and see if there is any truth to it first as i cannot find anything official, as yet. |

Not sure anyone gets wound up by you Herbert/Michael. We just feel sorry for you. A bit like the old whisky soaked bloke in the park, with yellow stained fingers and trousers. Dear Doctor having experienced chemotherapy three life saving cancer operations I don't drink these days and for your info have never smoked. I don't want you to feel sorry for me my wife and family already do that My latest brain ct scan took place yesterday at South Bristol hospital the results due in two weeks. I will continue to contribute chat wind up and praise till the day I am called by our maker. Don't like to see anybody lose their job, and I'm sure he'll get fixed up with something which is a better fit for him. However, regardless of his sales experience, he came with a certain reputation, and did nothing to dispell it.

Seems the gentleman in question was out of his depth. I admit to admonishing some posters who expressed doubts about the new stand process and i indicated that Rovers now had people on board who knew what they were doing. Well seems i got that wrong ! and those who expressed concerns about the process have been vindicated, very disappointing! however i will continue to look on the 'Brightside' ( Mmm just realised what i did there!) perhaps 'continue to be positive ' would have been a wiser choice of words!

Have a nice day UTG Just incase you did not know this, they will tell you that results are to be expected in 2 weeks but IF they find anything close to dangerous or that needs attention then you will get the dreaded early morning phone call, normally from your own GP. I am guessing that you already know this though. Regardless of whatever is written on here i wish you good luck and hope that your scan is clear and you continue to recover |

He runs the football club. He would have given Bright whatever responsibility Bright had. The club is in many ways just a more expensively run, PR-centric version of the Higgs days - the stand debacle, the b8g screen in -1 temperatures not working, season cards out last minute as usual, blaming Ticketmaster for everything, an away top saying football is for everyone then telling the away club they can't bring disabled fans, all very Higgsian, even if they've revamped a couple of the bars and have flashy tat to sell at the club shop, run by a bloke from Blackburn who pretends he's lifelong Gas |

Surely he would have been the senior ops executive in the room when all major decisions are made? If not, what exactly does he do? |

Although there as been mistakes on our part. Let's not forget the local lobbyists are cunning and will jump from one group to the next. We should of been more aware of the articulate campaigning of local groups who are experts in delaying and calling things in.
It's unfortunate as a club we lack local support like other clubs. Mostly south Bristol people at Ashton support the revamping of the gate. The same with most other clubs. I do think this is a class issue as well but that will be a long process to explain. In summary we haven't help ourselves but the locals will manipulate any issue to cause delay : interpretation and confusion. We underestimated the local opposition and its agendas!.

Surely he would have been the senior ops executive in the room when all major decisions are made? If not, what exactly does he do? gorringe is one of those clever blokes that is seen and heard only on good news days. Now that everything that can be has been outsourced won't be surprised to see a broom coming his way |
