Centre midfield is a massive weakness. Really need another signing We’ve only got two fit central midfielders. If one of these gets injured or banned (which is very likely) we will struggle even more. Our best midfielder is still months away from returning. |

Good effort this half. OK a goal down but we have had the chances to be in front. More of the same second half. We might just win this one. Cox has had his moments but has made a few good saves and his distribution has been good to see. Bring on second half.

Collins is terrible, continuing from the end of last season. Didn't he give the ball away which eventually led to the goal too?

Full backs looking the weak link again. Really shouldn’t be losing this game, we’ve had more than enough chances to not only be drawing but leading.

Should have scored twice, so unlucky to be behind at the break. Evans looked like the Evans of old. He set up both good chances and played well generally after a nervous few minutes.

Slow start. Barnsley score with only shot. We were best team by far for last 30. Looks ok.
Crama and Taylor looking very good. Thomas and Evans outstanding. How Marquis and Collins didn’t make it 2-1 I don’t know.
