Was asked if rovers could break into the top 6 this season after the other guy in the studio had been very complimentary of us. Said no based on us being a small club. Said the big boys will be up there not us and that Charlton need to be winning games against teams like us. 🤣🤣 He always has been a prick, up there with Pardew.,such a great Manager, he’s been unemployed for years, Would have suited 82 back in the day. Remember him saying they'd beat us back in '92 ,might have been the last game? Guess what we did em 1-0 . Think Charlton were joint managership .him and Steve Gritt... |

Just had a feeling we'd win after his billy big b0ll0x attitude, but wasn't expecting it to be in such dramatic circumstances. Love it. UTFG!!! |

This is going to be one hell of a season. When they click its going to be carnage. Yeah, you get the feeling we’ll hit a team for 7 at some point,

Great solid start points wise. Certainly don't think many would have thought we would pick up 5 points from these 3 games! Frustrating we waste so many chances to score, but at least we are creating them and eventually you'd expect us to start being more clinical. Little bit disappointed by how pedestrian we became after going ahead, really rolled out the red carpet for them to get back into it. But can't deny the fight in the team to keep plugging away and nick it at the death. Buzzing for Macca, so hope this is his catalyst to show us all how good a player we know he can be! Great celebrations throughout the team after the goal and in front of the fans at the end. That feels like it could be a big moment in terms of really forging a fantastic team spirit between everyone. UTG!! Thought we kept on playing after we scored with Sinclair missing a reasonable chance and Marquis having his shot cleared off the line? Charlton scored with their first chance after we scored really against the run of play. |

What an amazing performance. Just got home very happy but drained! So tense watching them pass the ball along the defence so much.
The better team (just) Won tonight.
I expect to see Charlton in the mix at the end of the season. Charlton definitely better than Barnsley

Hate to put a negative on an amazing win… but I thought the keeper should have done better with their goal. Utg tho! Couldn’t be happier Edit- I really hope Luke’s goal goes some way to igniting the form he showed in his first spell with us , leaving last season in the past where it belongs. I don’t think there were many unhappy fans when the news broke of his return. Hopefully now he’ll show why he was quite the marquee signing at the time. Fingers crossed for him as it’s also great to hear how hard he’s worked for it! Little side note After all these years of slagging off Rich’s promotion bus I think he might finally have me on board this time 🤦🏻♂️😂 I hate you Rich 😂😂 |
