CW does not train during the week just puts his boots on for a Saturday, definitely the case at FGR, certainly a NO for me ! Reminds me of Paul McGrath at Villa. He didnt do too badly Like many teams Cardiff had to squeeze 9 games in 5 weeks 2 games per week . Wickham started half and came off the bench the other half. Why don't someone work out how many minutes he played in the last month of the season from April 1st ?. EDIT. From April 1st to May 6th . WIckham played 295 championship minutes ( excluding extra time in 5 games ) . This adds up to 326 minutes played. This is just in 5 final weeks of championship football. |

I really think we should consider a pre-contract agreement with Bohemians CF Jonathan Afolabi, scoring for fun, JCH type player. Contract ends 30th November 2023.

I have no idea who, but young hungry Strikers who would not demand or cost silly money in wages from lower down the pyramid seems to me a viable option.
Depends on if we have anyone out there seriously looking.
A lot of value in free agents depending imo on their desire to play or just get paid.
It’s a gamble, but an out and out number 9 that fits with the style of play and our other 10 players on the pitch can be found in non league.

We wouldn't be able to sign anyone in non-league and play them now as the deadline has passed, but any club is able to sign free agents who were without a contract before the deadline passed. |

Must admit I did worry after scoring 4 last night that Joe might think we don't need a striker now and he makes reference to it in that clip in not so many words that we may not need one after last night. Really hope we dont judge scoring 4 against a very poor side as not needing one as we absolutely do. |
