Jack Hunt is class act and just far better than Houle who reminds me of a smaller Kilgour with regular errors in him. Gordon is the same, whenever he plays we seem to end up with the winger or wing back having a completely free run on goal.The bench is the only place for both.

Hoole is a full back, young and playing in the Welsh set up. Yes Hunt is an upgrade for now, but why Rovers fans love to put down good young players is beyond me. |

Funny how Hunt does not stop the first cross that leads to their goal and gets no criticism, if that had been Hoole then the comments would have come out. |

Thanks for posting - hadn’t heard that until now. Sounds to me like we’re definitely interested in signing him but there’s still work to do to agree a deal (I’d speculate that length of contract would be more of a sticking point than wages, with CM wanting long term security while we’re more interested in a short-term fix). Hopefully we can agree something and add to our forward options. |

I've never heard of such criticism. He gets the support and backing of most around me. I hope Hoole can learn a lot from Hunt.... maybe it's a good playing mentor as to where you need to be to kick on in your career. Hoole definitely needs to up his upper body strength, but it's great knowing you got a player of that calibre waiting, watching, learning in the wings |

I think you’ll find the ball coming across was before the incident where players stopped so the criticism is justified? Hunt had a very good game but he wasn’t there and nobody covered him. I’ve noticed people criticise Hoole far more than more senior players. I’ve also noticed he seems to play better in away games (less pressure?). |
