Personally I'd renew Gordon (although apparently he's off as per the Post?) and Hoole, wait and see on Friend's fitness and likewise Finley - who I think is a good player but I also somehow think we improve upon him??

Evans is class. Love him. I'd be gutted if he left but couldn't deny he deserves a chance at a higher level. Anything less than 2m I wouldn't accept.

We should def be looking to extend in the summer like we did with Collins. Reward him with a better contract and ensure we have some leverage if clubs come knocking |

Love him but hasn't done the league 1 numbers to get a champ club. Likely would be top league one clubs sniffing. |

Been informed we have already opened talks over new George Friend & Jed Ward deals..... Friend has proved, when fit (like Willo), he is a valuable asset and still a quality player at this level. Would like to see him move into the coaching bit (if he's interested) akin to Anssi Jaakola. Jed is an absolutely unequivocal MUST to tie down to a long term deal immediately. He's already showing his qualities and, at 20, he'll only get better. If he continues making good saves, keeping clean sheets and making EFL TOTWs throughout the rest of the season, the PL/CH vultures will undoubtedly come circling sooner rather than later. |
