Not sure if it's Barton out? But I'm certainly getting fed up of being rolled over by sides that like to bully us. What's the point of having the better of the game, creating chances, then the ball gets pumped forward, 3 touches and it's in the back of the net? As it stands, I think mid table will be an achievement. The goal scoring move that you just described has proven to be the most effective in league 1 certainly since I’ve been watching football and just because a Spanish manager came over here a few years ago and got the best squad playing like a Spanish side it doesn’t change that.

This place is a shambles. Garner lost almost every game whilst he was here completely nose diving from the tops spots and there wasn't this much of a want to get rid. Don’t be daft. Garner was given time for his family troubles but this place was more toxic towards the end of his tenure than it is now.

If you are saying Joey should go then Garner absolutely should have been sacked. We've spent a bit of money and suddenly we are expected to walk the league, need to give your heads a wobble.

I keep reading it’s only 12 games into the season, I am basing my opinion on since January this year, our form has been relegation stuff and it’s not far off this so far this season again

Challinor and Whing are the the next Duff and Evatt we should have appointed around the GC/Tisdale times when they were at lower league clubs. Challinor has proven himself at every level he’s managed and Whing is a proper ex pro doing very well in management. We never pay compensation for a manager though even when it will be an eighth of the fee we were going to pay for JCH.

It seemed like he finally turned the corner(and had a better PPG than both Tisdale and Barton they year) should have gone long before he went, I agree. We’ve spent money and should do better than we historically have done. We’re not. Aside from half a season in L2 Barton’s been poor for us.

The JB forever crowd are the funniest. Maybe he’s league 2 at best.
2 more games.
10th or above by Christmas or you have failed and please leave. Excuses are done.

I certainly wouldn't get rid now because we're not actually in trouble yet and there's time to turn it around. But it's underwhelming so far and the pretty football isn't delivering. The alleged budget is not reflected in the league position.
On the issue of posters who say 'and replace him with who?', followed no doubt by a smirk and a wise satisfied shrug of the shoulders, that's a bit like saying nobody in life should ever lose their job unless you have a replacement lined up already. Maybe the mysterious silent new owners are already putting out feelers? They certainly haven't backed him publicly or said he's the man they see as right for the job, as Wael did.
But they don't say anything so nothing to be read into that, I suppose.

Brendan Rodgers never played the game, Luke Williams at Nott County wasn’t a pro either, I could mention a lot more as well. In 1972 Roy Hodgson was a PE teacher, never played the game at a good level. I don’t know your age but you have proper dinosaur thinking. Carlos Alberto Parreira was a fitness coach and manager Brazil to win a World Cup.

When your team is on the whole playing well but poor discipline and Injuries are costing us points then quite right the question should be asked as to if we sack Barton then who do you suggest should take his place. Who will do any better than him with the current fit players he has to choose from.? It's laughable that people are calling for him to be sacked but have no idea who to replace him with. If we're bottom 4 at 5pm next Saturday evening then it may be we have to look elsewhere but we're not at that point yet.
