Trying to find a person with an even worse track record of being a human being than JB is tricky, but JT pushes it pretty close. It’s a hard no from me. A bit controversial maybe but how about looking to the continent: Josef Fritzl maybe! He's in prison for imprisoning his daughter for 24 years, assaulting, sexually abusing and raping his daughter. Probably rules him out. |

The more I think about it, the more sense it seems to me for the club to stick with Mangan/Wheelan for this season
They know the players and won’t suddenly want to change the way the club is set up
If they do well, happy days
It will give the owners time to properly assess in the summer, and who knows, maybe the answer is under their noses!!
And let’s face it, the available choices are hardly getting us excited!!
Not sure I’ve heard one possible candidate that I’m genuinely excited about
Let Whelan learn the ropes and he naturally takes over

So the fans warned the board to not rush the decision because the next manager is vital, they've so far taken 7 days and yet that's now too long?

Perhaps if Mangan and Whelen do well , a Director of football to help guide them may be the way forward. ideal canditate may be Pearson. It worked well with Paul Trollope untill we got rid of the Director of Football and every fell apart. Perhaps we could get one in and if everything goes well keep him this time.

They said the tours story was untrue, that he only did then for the club or charity. He still does a lot of work for charity. The nightclub fight was when he was young. Most who know him say he's a good role model and a good leader. It's funny how some players get bad press, but others are loved. Terry had an affair with his team mates ex girlfriend. Giggs has an affair with his brothers wife. Giggs was still loved, Terry was the worst person ever. A lot of people hated Terry, just because he was good for Chelsea. |

Do they trust them enough, to spend that money, at this stage? No harm in talking our time. Give them a few more weeks, while taking time to interview others properly and look into all of their plans/ideas etc |

Finley on Radio Bristol was saying that Mangan has said that there’s a chance he could get the gig if results go well.
So I expect the club will hold on and see how he does before making a decision on the managers position.
