Just out of interest, why not?
He has a better record at our level than any other manager we are linked with. Arguably it's outstanding.
Obviously there is the City link but other than that, why not?

He wouldn’t cope with our fanbase for starters. We’re demanding, his fuse is short.
Turned us down once when he was Cheltenham manager and then took the p..s out of us on live radio when he was city manager.
There is better managers available.

There seems to have been an awful lot of hate directed to him when mentioned with us so just trying to see the perspective. If what he's said about us is enough to discount his achievements then fair enough. |

He won promotion with the sh** but he had the biggest budget in the division. At Shrewsbury he was usually in the bottom half. He’s a dickhead. There’s 3 reasons. |

I can't post it on here, maybe someone more savvy can, but there's great footage of him screaming like a maniac at a City fan behind the goal who dared to criticise him. Imagine his response to a sausage roll being thrown from the Thatchers End

His ‘record’ outside of that blank cheque title win has to be well below average surely. After witnessing that Shrewsbury farce last season he’d be lucky to have his CV survive the shredder.
