Something like this for our West stand extensions probably - held up by a couple of shelf supports.

I think that is quite likely. To be honest, with all the drop curbs that have been put in over the last 5 years. It's pretty close to residents only parking. I get so annoyed with people putting bins and traffic cones in the street outside their houses. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to block the public highway. Move the obstructions somewhere safe so you can legally park there instead... Would you do that? Risk some nimby damaging your car?

I have done once or twice, but then that was a works van. Pretty sure the police will still investigate criminal damage and if the wheelie bin had a number on it the investigation should be pretty simple for them....

Would need solid evidence to pick out a individual bin in a line up to make it stick or the case would be thrown out of court

Feels like it was a long time ago they said plans to be completed in a few weeks, surely some news soon?

Still don’t see why they can’t allow fans to see the artist impressions of what they are discussing with the planners.

Indeed, why can't Rovers show us a picture of the something the planners might say "You can't build that mate" too
