They've sussed out Grant is our weak link sadly. Shame Garner, Tisdale, Barton, Mangan etc haven't. |

This squad needs some big changes for me. I can name at least 7 players in the squad today who aren’t good enough for a club whose aims are top 8.

Yeah, iam sorry but this Mangan , Barton love affair with Grant has run its legs, was all there to see today , the man is slow , makes it worse when we got are best defender on the bench , that’s the small decisions that Mangan has to get right when he after a job , , think he got that wrong today Not one to defend Barton but every manager we've had seems to have a love in for Grant. It's bizarre. He must be fekkin awesome in training. I'd argue that's cos he's a good player mate. Lots piling in on him after his error but apart from that he was very good today. I've seen people blaming him for the 1st goal when in reality he was left exposed by Wilson who for some unknown reason ran under a simple clearance |

For 95% of that game we were comfortable kept the ball well and looked dangerous, we've gifted them 2 goals and that's cost us a point at the very least. I thought Ward was excellent and up until the 2nd goal Grant had a very good game. We aren't far off at all but you simply can't give away the 2 goals we did today at places like Derby, Cox barely made a save and we've still managed to conceded twice, hugely frustrating Cox made two great one on one saves, thought he was very good today. Spot on mate. |

Absolute sickener to lose like that.
Only got ourselves to blame though. Individual errors at crucial times cost us that game.
We're not far away though, we're a proper Centre Forward away from a promotion team.
We're getting there.

I still wouldn’t have him Hugo, give him a two year contract and see what happens……currently he’s playing for his future. Yeah, fair enough but harsh to judge him on what you think he will do when he has done the opposite so far? I watched him stroll around one game making no effort at all, Burton away, he gave nothing, sorry can’t see what he brings. |

Derby 6 shots on target score 2 Rovers 3 shots on target score 1 Thats the stats that count. If Rovers have such good players and play so well. How come we are already 12 points behind the mighty Stevenage ? Have Stevenage out spent us ? 5 points off of 8th place. Mid table finish on the cards. Slight improvement on last season. Which in the bigger picture is fine. Does it match the owners investment...nope not yet. Well we aren't are we !. This top 8 talk is nonsense . We spent 300k on players this season. We got 3 centre half's of which one never kicked a ball before. So we are having to continuity play emergency centre half's out of position. There is some progress as we are a comfortable mid table side but top 6-8 I don't think so. If the board is serious we need a striker and centre half in January. |

Finley’s been very poor this season but thought he was very good today. Same with Cox he had a far better game today, shame we have 2 poor keepers in Belly and Cox. Need a new keeper in Jan imo.

Not sure he was cr@p.fron day 1 as he seemed OK until he started suffering with his injury problems, I'm not sure why he's gone from a CM to a LB to a CB, the way he's going he'll be our reserve goalie soon. |

That was just like many performances under JB. Played some decent stuff at times but created very little and gifted the opposition 2 goals.
Possession is pointless if it doesn't lead to chances. On the balance of play we probably deserved a draw but we're not going to win many games with 3 shots on target and 1 corner. We only managed 2 shots on target and zero corners at Carlisle.
Nothing is going to change under Mangan, he's learnt all he knows from JB and it shows.
Hunt, Finley, Vale and Martin did okay. Grant had a nightmare and Collins was anonymous. Brown no better when he came on.
Need a new manager with fresh ideas, preferably before Tuesday.
