I am sick as a pig tonight because we are the better team and we lost, despite my dissapointment I am proud of Mangan and the boys, best team lost away unfortunately. Absolutely gutted You could have posted something similar after the Oxford game, the big question is can Mangan take us to the next level, or does it need an outsider to come in and do that? I say give it to Mangan until the end of the season and decide then |

I'd argue that's cos he's a good player mate. Lots piling in on him after his error but apart from that he was very good today. I've seen people blaming him for the 1st goal when in reality he was left exposed by Wilson who for some unknown reason ran under a simple clearance He's crap. He's been crap ever since we signed him and he's cost us points again today. I really liked Grant while Barton was here but now be glad to see the back of him if I'm being honest |

Thought Grant was very poor today. Continually giving his man far too much room on the outside and for some reason wanting to get closer to Wilson than their man with the ball.
And then to cap it all when we have just equalised instead of putting his boot through the ball attempted to be flashy and buggered it up. Should have been made to walk home after that!
Anyone who watched the game could clearly see Derby knew he was the weakest link and he duly delivered.

Giving it to Mangan is just giving up on this season. A new broom is required asap. |

Martin has done well, no? He scored again which covers up the lack of mobility and limited contribution. Not for me, move him on. Trouble is Marquis has some mobility but is a limited goal threat. We need someone new to move up. I think that’s harsh. Of course he lacks mobility, but he is scoring goals and I don’t even think the goals are his biggest contribution. His intelligence and link up play is on a different level to most that I’ve seen at this level. If he were to have real quality running off him I think he’d contribute more assists than goals this season, he’s on a different wavelength to everyone else on the pitch and that was apparent today when he laid it off to Finley (who was my MOTM by the way) who then skied it in the first half. |
