I just don't understand why you would play Grant at Centre half. Hes a dubious full back and most suited to playing in front of a back 4.
We have a fit Connor Taylor on the bench ffs.

In January We DO NOT need JCH. offer Martin a longer deal. Any money set aside for The JCH transfer spend on Minimum one ideally two decent Central midfielders Definitely threw the points away today! We played some lovely stuff first half but didn’t have anyone to put it away. If anything I think this game shows we need someone like JCH to help us put it in the back of the net. |

Grants best suited to league 2 and shouldn’t be anywhere near a league 1 side. In fact I never rated him for us in league 2 either. |

If CT was fit I doubt he'd be on the bench, I assume he's there in case of an emergency? You have to cut Grant some slack as he's never been a CB. |

I think we played well today and really took it to Derby. We should have taken something away from today yet we’re going home empty handed. I’d have been saying Mangan had put a really good claim in for the job today even if we didn’t take it but the fact that Grant was behind those two goals really makes me question his judgement.
Whenever I see Grants name on the team sheet it leaves me feeling edgy about our chances.

Grant played well to start but then threw it away. Wilson terrible.
Collins and Brown look disinterested and Thomas couldn't get into the game.
Only Finley and Vale played really well, though Ward was decent enough for coming back from a break.
