Always had a soft spot for Norwich, probably because I hate Ipswich from 78 until the present. Only time I've ever been was about 80/81 My Stoke mate talked me into going, first game of the season. Stoke lost five nil,and were terrible. Nice drink and no trouble from what I recall.

Near the away part of the stadium is a pub called The Coach and Horses. It has a brewery at the pub and is popular with home and away fans mixing together. www.thecoachthorperoad.co.uk/about-us/My advice is to go on the Friday night and make a weekend of it. Lots of great independent pubs and food places. There's a hotel at the stadium but also budget options in the city centre.

Tend to prefer avoiding microbrewery pubs as I don't always enjoy their unfamiliar lagers...

I don’t know about that place but I do know that the murderers does decent grub. Been Norwich a few times, sometimes for football sometimes not and this place has always been good and doesn’t generally have monkeys on the door demanding to know what football team you support! Anyone going for the weekend try also the Adam and Eve, ancient place with loads of character. Also Ribs of Beef if only to sit on the narrow balcony right above the river.

Had an e-mail saying:
"Good Morning, Thanks for purchasing a ticket for our FA Cup 3rd round trip to Norwich City this weekend. If your tickets have still not arrived in the post, then there is no need to worry. If your tickets don’t arrive by Thursday 4th January, please email tickets@bristolrovers.co.uk by 4pm on Friday 5th January with the details of the tickets you have purchased. We can then arrange for reprints to be collected from the ticket office on the day at Carrow Road. Any requests after this time will NOT be processed. We look forward to seeing you all on the day."
Which reminded me that I have not actually received my tickets yet despite ordering them on 18th December.
Pain in the arse if I have to collect them from the ticket office on the day. Added complexity (and less drinking time).
Anyone actually received there's yet - or is there a chance they could all arrive at the very last minute?

Tried to contact Ticketmaster about my tickets last week.
My email bounced back and the phone number given was ‘not recognised’.
Rang Rovers ticket office and no reply so emailed tickets@bristolrovers and retail@bristolrovers - no reply from either.
Luckily the tickets have arrived in the post.
Not an impressive experience.

Was a bit confused as the confirmation e mailed had a line in there about a pdf for e tickets being attached but alas there wasn’t and we got the physical tickets in the post.

I have just e-mailed tickets@bristolrovers.co.uk to advise that they haven't arrived yet. Looking at the booking it appears I was even forced to pay one whole English pound extra for the tickets to be delivered - so I will expect a full refund on that if I need to go out of my way to collect the tickets from the ticket office at Carrow Rd. I had to do something similar at Newport (a) a few years ago and it was a huge inconvenience.. especially as they declared not to have any reprinted tickets and I spent a good deal of time trying to get hold of someone at Rovers to sort it out (which they did eventually).

That was why I tried to contact Ticketmaster and Rovers as there was no pdf attached.
