Trains look a nightmare on Sat 6 Jan according to Trainline.
Bus replacement service means it will take all day to get there.

Trains look a nightmare on Sat 6 Jan according to Trainline. Bus replacement service means it will take all day to get there. Bus replacement service is "only" from Ingatestone to Witham (50 minutes). But yeah the entire trip looks like an (expensive) ordeal whichever way you go  |

Are coaches ever organized for away games at the moment? Supporters club run coaches for members & an additional £5 for non-members. Also their are a couple of groups who organise private coaches if you look on Rovers fans Facebook page’s ( Bristol Rovers Fanzone & Passionate Gasheads ). |

Treating Mrs Rodders to a long weekend away, drive up Friday and back on Monday. I might go as well. Looking forward to it! (Cue the arrival of deep snow over the first weekend of Jan).

Would be a decent gesture from the board to put some cheaper coaches on,as its such a pain to get there using public transport.
Probably going to yeovil v bath that day instead,unless everything is frozen solid.

Get the R.A.T.S (rovers away travel service)up and running again and get a train sorted🤣🤣
Would probably cost a small fortune these days ,but some great memories of travelling
to away games at Ipswich, arsenal and Swansea back in the day 👍UTG

Was also my first away game, the manager Bobby Campbell patted me on the head and said "well done,son" when my dad told him. |

Ipswich was bad enough this season , I came pretty close to missing my connection to London and flight back to NZ.

Went on the train (unsure if was a R.A.T.S) or a club charter to Bury in the late 80s (tedious 0-0 draw). When the train pulled in to the nearest station we were met by a fleet of double decker buses to take us to the ground.
On the way back when we pulled into Birmingham a train pulled in opposite with Wolves fans. Let's just say the banter wasn't friendly between us.

Is the game def on the 6th or could it be moved? Norwich confirmed today the game will be Saturday 6th Jan 3pm. No idea why Rovers haven't announced it. £12 for Adults and £1 for kids. |

Rovers have previously hired a plane to play at Norwich. Players and fans travelled togther. Do it again?

Could be a decent payday for us if Norwich have a 25,000+ attendance, although they probably won't because no-one loves the Cup any more.
