Charlton forum pretty much saying not much hope for them Negativity on a football fan forum? This just does not compute..  Let's hope our players have plenty in the tank after Boxing Day and we don't need to rely on a 90+5 winner to take the 3 points (as fun as that is..!) |

We need to make a statement today if we are serious . Beat Bolton and Portsmouth so really should kick arse tonight (3.45 Perth time Saturday morning in Oz and yes I’m silly enough to put alarm on and watch 😳). Wife thinks I’m silly but we all know the truth once Gas the bug has bitten. I’m 73 and still get excited before KO as I did as a 7YO going to Eastville for the very first time.

Charlton forum pretty much saying not much hope for them Just looked at their past few results. Until Orient they've gone a few unbeaten. OK most were draws. Unless they have a few out or scraped the draws I'm not sure why they are negative |

After our win against Portsmouth it’s easy to forget that our home form is pretty bad. I’ve watched too many 1-1 draws at the Mem so far this season.
Saying that I think we’re on abit of a high and should have enough quality to take it to Charlton and get the win. The crowd will need to turn up like we did the other day and get behind them.

Just remembered we beat Charlton (a) earlier in the season with a late goal.. McCormick in 90+8 !!! |

They have the players there to be doing a lot better, but ive been saying the same thing for a few years now. For whatever reason nobody seems to be able to get them challenging. We will need to nullify Dobson and Blackett-Taylor to come out on top imo, and we all know about May. I've always rated Scott Fraser and he has has the ability to pick a pass and dictate the tempo for Charlton, as well as Dobson from deeper. Apparently Fraser hasnt been as good this season, but yeah on his day he is very good. Charlton always seem to be the perennial underachievers in this league |

I've always rated Scott Fraser and he has has the ability to pick a pass and dictate the tempo for Charlton, as well as Dobson from deeper. Apparently Fraser hasnt been as good this season, but yeah on his day he is very good. Charlton always seem to be the perennial underachievers in this league Fraser's numbers in terms of goals and assists are obviously down, but looking at his other data he seems to be producing decent enough output. Would definitely take Fraser here if the opportunity presented itself and I reckon he would thrive in the right team and system.

Pretty sure they’re not allowed to as that would be a lot of tenners the club missed out on although I guess if everyone bought a few pints it could still be cost effective ?
