Next 3 league fixtures are brutal Good! People said that before we played Bolton and Charlton, but we were expected to win today.

The manager lost us this today, we are allowed to say this. Woods was a terrible pick, Grant played on as well. This today was a product of Barton and Jennings, Marquis would have made no difference. We simpy have no outlet upfront. Staying until the end, you l just never know! I disagree with you that Taylor lost us this. He didn’t really have much choice but to play Grant or Woods today.

Typical wycscum rugby team, should be down to 10. Don't think we look up for the battle? They are really poor but we don't really look interested. I've seen a lot of comments similar to this. I don't think it's because we are not up for it, I think it's how we normally look when Martin starts up front and with Woods in midfield. We don't press as high and the other team can push higher up the pitch, as Martin doesn't have the pace to beat them in behind. So our midfield players don't have as much time and space on them ball. Woods isn't as mobile as Ward as well. Martin earned a start, but we normally look better as a team with Marquis. Can't tackle, not strong enough. We can't win against the teams that are physically strong, same as at Burton.

Lined up wrong. We've gone to a side low on confidence and started with a defensive mindset which will have encouraged them. Marquis has to start, Josh Grant needs minutes from the bench rather than starting. Woods ahead of Ward? Vale needs to play further ahead. If Marquis is to be rested then start AC as the 9-at least he's able to chase and cause panic. Cox played well but when he tries to be smart and delay, it's often a mis-hit pass or clearance. That's on him and the fullbacks for not supporting eachother.
Great spirit for the last 15 minutes.

I think most lost a bit of confidence when they saw the team sheet. It might be a big squad but little quality in depth. Players seemed jaded so fitness needs to be worked on but too late for this season. Winning any team game starts with winning individual battles on the field and no one won theirs today. Lesson for future - don't recruit too many elderly or injury prone players, every team needs a scrapper or two for when things are tough, and pre-season is important for fitness. MT needs 2 or 3 added to the squad in next window if possible and 2 or 3 offloaded/sent back if possible. A wake up call today and 3 points thrown away. Learn and move on.

No idea how people don’t see the poor decision making of Cox. He’s made several really good stops, but equally he’s been rooted to his line for every cross and is simply not anywhere near good enough at this level. No upgrade on Belly whatsoever. Why oh why didn’t we go all out to get Ripley or someone in the Summer. Awful recruitment What a stupid statement to make. If it was'nt for him it could have been 5or 6. Agree, decent shot stopper but he does need to improve his hesitancy coming out for the ball. It's why he is here though really

Incredible that JB nearly made it 3-3 right at the death …,
Perspective fully balanced again … Top 10 potential and if we achieve 10th it’s a big step forward.
Weird as this might seem today might just be a blessing in disguise …
MT must now see … Grant / Woods aren’t good enough.
Connor’s worst game I can remember - and it left us wide open.
We desperately need a CB and this is not Connolly !
Pacey striker and a Left back also vital !
Four in - Six minimum out for me.

At least we kept the GD positive! Terrible first half. We know woods and Finley cant play together, now MT does too. Poor from Connor but will forgive him. Shame, they were there for the taking at 1-0 Still loads of stick on here for Grant and Collins, pretty pathetic.

You disagree with roadman 😮 One thing I will say is that we were only 1-0 down 11 vs 11 for the majority of that before Grant and Woods came off, we then went 3-0 down quite quickly with one extra player.

Very young, inexperienced back 3, up against wiley old pros like Volkes (who should of been sent off). Easily predictable, same old. Two new experienced central defenders, new goalkeeper please. As for Wycombe as poor as I've seen this season, still beat us but doesn't mean much with our line up.

Agree with too many older players. Wilson and Hunt are decent but the caveat that comes is they won’t be available every game. The squad is too large. We’ve got four goalkeepers, this includes Belshaw but we are probably still paying at least half of his wages.

If only Johnny Marquis effort had gone in we could have rescued a point from 3-0 down.

So nearly pulled off a great escape but for the majority of that game I thought we were poor. A lot of the players that have been so good over the last few games were miles off it today. Can't question the fight to keep going even at 3-0 but once they went down to 10 the 2 goals we gave away were criminal. Wycombe exactly as we knew they would be, Vokes lucky to stay on so it was always likely to be him that scored the 2nd. 6 points from 9 over the Christmas period is a decent return but can't help feeling we've let ourselves down a bit today

Valiant effort at the end but ultimately we lost the game because we were poor and bullied in the first half and made too many defensive mistakes in the second half. With Wilson being injury prone we need to get connelly back from Loan and bring in at least one more centre half, we also need at least one more striker , having only 3 in the squad when we start with two in this formation isn’t enough. Obviously Taylor can see this and windows open now so hopefully he’ll sort it. I like him I think he’s going to be good for us but one thing I will say is this was the last game to play a not match fit Ryan woods . Woods has great vision and his passing is quality but he’s a player who needs time on the ball in a game we’re controlling , today was never going to be that kind of game and he was completely nullified. Mc Cormick would have been a more suitable player for away to Wycombe. Back down to earth with a bump , very poor but it showed the manager what’s needed in January if he had any doubts. Up The Gas

Agree about blessing in disguise, last couple of wins may have masked our weaknesses a bit, can't hide from conceding three. Pleased it happened at the start of the transfer window, gives us some evidence for the board to support MT and time to get it sorted.

I think Taylor did get today wrong, but in his defence he is still learning about his squad.
I would have quickly gone back 4 and brought Hoole on for Grant a lot sooner.
I think we have seen all we need to see with Woods, he isn't good enough and a waste of budget, the same as Gibbons and he can go back.
I'm surprised that we didn't see Marquis a lot earlier given that we were chasing the game and were probably also unlucky the sending off came after we took Collins off. Looking at how Wycombe set up that would have played to Collins strength.
Disappointing and to be honest, everyone was off the pace today.

MT has already said January will be fairly quiet. Will that change based on 1 game?
