I thought there were 650? I was going to post earlier, before I got confused on the totals. However, one thing thats scary is that France & I had the exact same numbers for Lib Dems and below. In fact I had labour on 12 lower and Tories on 12 higher! We're not doing NI seats which leaves 632 up for grabs. The major parties in England/Scotland/Wales don't contest them.

I've already started a spreadsheet - yattongas has already made it tricky by not being able to count to 632... Labour one less then 👍 Would you like a third go or shall we just put it down to rounding errors...?

What weeks are we picking lads ? Excluding moi (to give you more time) shared between the 5 players that works out at 2.8 days each. You'll be sorely disappointed if you think I live in a chateau. Wine and cheese no problem is so cheap here! 🍾🍾🍷🍷🍺🍺🧀🧀

When I went to the polling station this morning there was an irate woman arguing with the Presiding Officer because she wasn't registered to vote. She said she had, he said she hadn't.
She then demanded a ballot paper as her right. He said he couldn't just hand out ballot papers to anyone who claims to be a voter, and gave her a number to call at the council and suggested she do it immediately.
She said she was being gagged. And then stood in the polling station shouting:
"Vote Reform guys. They won't let me, but it's the only way to get real change! Vote Reform!"
He shook his head and attended to other matters.
I thought this was a bit amiss and went up to him and said 'Are you going to let her stand here shouting for Reform? You know political campaigning isn't allowed in polling stations".
He said he would deal with it but he didn't seem to be in a hurry to get her to leave.

Tbf to the guy though, better to let them shout off for 2 mins, get bored and leave. If you keep speaking with them or refusing them, you'll end up calling the police out, which will put people off voting. Sounds like she was doing a fantastic job of advertising Reform though. If i was there, that'd convince me

There's a rumour going round that David Lammy won't get the Foreign Office job. Be interesting to see who Starmer brings in if not.

Why wouldn’t he get it ….. I just can’t think why ? He’s shifted quite a bit to the right , maybe he’s done a deal with David Cameron to defect and stay on in the post 😂
