I’ve had a reply back from Pete Weymouth that a glitch in the system meant that the some reservations weren’t created for certain ST holders.
I also struggle to believe the game sold out within 3 hours.
Perhaps all our reservations do still exist behind the scenes and they will release them when they fix it. If not then the only fair way I can see to sort it is to cancel everyone’s tickets. Refund the money. Press the reset button and start again. Cant see another solution.

If that is the case. then presumably my 'reserved' ticket I no longer need will be released to general sale. What I don't understand is why non-reserved tickets were general sale straight off the bat anyway

Clearly some party has messed up. What seems to be the issue is that rather than have a season ticket purchase window, the club, presumably due to time constraints, went for general sale with reserved tickets for season ticket holders. I've never seen this done before so guess the club has no experience of it either. All could have been avoided if general sale was held until Wednesday evening, which is what was implied by the ticketing message. Ticketmaster run presales for select groups all the time so, unfortunately, it seems this is a club error. Fingers crossed all gets sorted. The message suggested all tickets were going on sale apart from the seats? If the club relayed a similar message to TM then they could have just put all the terraces tickets on sale, the social media silence from the club makes you wonder if TM did do that. As somebody else posted perhaps they never accepted a sell out last night? My fault - read that wrong! Still can't see why there was a need for general sale straightaway for a game 10 days away though. A 2 day season ticket window would have kept everyone happy. If it ain't broke, don't try to fix it.

Today’s opening statement by the club is that Exeter at home is sold out, which a quick look at the ticket system will show you it isn’t.
What is going on?! 😂

Any season-ticket holders having problems try again today, last night against my profile there was no red dot, but today the red dot has appeared & my reserved tickets are there. Like I said in a earlier post if you can’t find your reserved tickets online , contact the club or even better if you can, go to the clubshop before 5pm tomorrow. What is misleading is people putting out statements that the match is sold out, it was only the tickets not reserved for season-ticket holders that were for sale last night & have sold out. Yeah I checked a few minutes ago. The red dot just shows there are notifications - which I had, but still nothing in "reserved seats" section. What part of the stadium is your season ticket? Mine are East stand seats, but have read from various people that their terrace tickets in various areas were there, unfortunately it seems some people have issues & their reserved tickets have not been added to their accounts, so will need to contact or visit the club before 5pm tomorrow.

Upset thousands v upset hundreds, you can guess the outcome? People who are entitled first refusal on tickets should be allowed that chance. Sorry, but it is morally the right thing to do

Sorry, but it is morally the right thing to do do any other memberships have priority for this game or is that now out the window. Supporters members also used to be in the second stage.

Spoke to someone this morning who visited the club shop and total chaos - apparently Ticketmaster released all the terrace tickets and seems all purchased tickets will be cancelled and refunded for reallocation to season ticket holders etc - totally confused, did manage to get our reserved seats yesterday evening on line 🙄

I guess that will often be a problem of obtaining tickets in a low capacity stadium!

What a ticket disaster.
The deal might have been commercially good but considering all the time the club has to spend apologising and tidying up their mess is it really that much better?
