It's not though, as we really now need to move him on this window, as I can't see his value increasing in the summer the way he's (not) been performing lately. Well yes it is, he has a valuation if the interested clubs want him they'll have to meet it. It may not increase but it's not going to decrease He's still effectively got 2 seasons left on his contract. Whether it's now or the summer won't have any affect on our valuation. Won’t affect our valuation, but will affect his value & how much we can actually sell him for!!

Net worth of circa $350 million dollars. Recently sold his gin business for $600m plus involved in a mobile business…. He’s doing alright for an actor 😁 Of course he's doing alright, but I still don't get this notion that they are now a mega wealthy superpower. Yeah him and his mate are incredibly wealthy compared to me and you, but they're paupers compared to the multi Billionaire owners of Premier League clubs and certain Championship ones. I think Waels wealth combined with his Kuwaiti Comrades will exceed Ryan Reynolds. Wrexham are just showing off, I don't see why people think they're going to instantly climb the leagues. Combined the owners have serious amounts of money, I can imagine the bring in lots just through sponsor deals. They are on TV probably more than half the premiership clubs with their own series on Disney. They are spending 20 million on a new stand. They have already acquired players from leagues above them because money talks.

Clubs are still interested in him, because even though he's been poor compared to the previous year, stats show that he's still in the top 2 most creative players in the Division. Our valuation and what clubs are willing to pay for him won't decrease between now and the summer for that reason.

Any club shelling out decent money for Collins right now will be a gamble. While he more than proved himself in L2 (and we'll always herald his contribution) it's fair to say he hasn't kicked on in L1, advancing the way we all hoped. Yes there has been signs, but there have equally been games where he's been low profile and you can't help watching and thinking you can be better than that. That said I think there's an argument that Collins needs a new challenge. [b He won the league 1 player of the season award last season so to say he hasn’t kicked in in league 1 is bizarre to say the least. Not been in great form over the last 12 months but clearly good enough for this level.

Compared to other clubs their wealth is small fry. The Hollywood owners factor is giving them coverage and exposure but deep down they're not as mega rich as people think they are. They only just sneaked out the Conference last year, and this year they're behind Stockport and are only 2 points ahead of 6th place it's not as if they're steamrolling everybody in their wake. I just don't see why people think they're just going to rise up through the leagues instantly.

Currently averaging 10,575 at home, United Airlines front-of-shirt sponsor, stadium sponsorship with SToK Cold Brew Coffee and a training kit partnership with Betty Buzz, the beverage company set up by Blake Lively, the wife of Wrexham co-owner Reynolds. Previous deals with TikTok, Expedia, Aviation American Gin and Vistaprint. Sold 24,000 shirts during 22/23 and made roughly £321,000 per hour of content for the eight-part Welcome to Wrexham TV series which equates to around £2.57 million.

This is becoming a bit of a gaschat fact. He was only captain for a few games whilst Coutts and Finley were out. Temporary captaincy removed, improved contract agreed then withdrawn, slated in the press, told wouldn't be good enough for Wales and now hawked around like a piece of meat. You could say that was all deserved based upon his performances. Slated off in the press, don’t remember seeing much of that. Just honest reviews of his performance. Also he may have made it clear he would like pastures new, so name circulated.

Harder to replace than find a player like Azza

PotY was an odd award as he virtually stopped playing at the end of 2023, he's been poor for well over a year. MT clearly hasn't been able to get him to perform so the club might as well cash in now before his value drops any further.

Harder to replace than find a player like Azza Not hard to replace the 2024 version, who hardly warrants a place in the starting 11? It's fairly obvious we'll never see the 2023 version again in the quarters.

Yes and he got plenty of praise then, but I’ve watch to many matches this season when’s he flattered to deceive. It’s a real shame because he has the talent.

He's clearly 'dropped off' from the first half of last season but his stats speak for themselves. I really do find it quite baffling.

I'd have been more than happy if the Hollywood mob had taken us over. And even renamed the mem the Hollywood bowl.

Carlisle fans not happy with their American Takeover. But their owners have spent money on signings so everything is okay off-the-field - at least that's the logic provided on here post-Conteh signing despite of all the issues with our backroom (lack of) setup and the owners son acting up.

There’s definitely a little WhatsApp gossip group going on ! Not mentioned prior to it becoming public that Aaron is looking to leave, but now owners son again dropped some sort of clanger as Collins has been “hawked around” Whatever that means Positive spin - looking to get competition and increase offers? Or Negative spin - reflects badly on us somehow
Would love some detail to what hawked around means in this case! But likely as forthcoming as the “embarrassing negotiation” with Grimsby.
