We got £750k for Ellis Harrison from Ipswich ffs. Collins should surely be worth more than that, given ability + market inflation. I think that’s a sign of a fantastic fee for Ellis rather than a bad one for Collins.

Take the £750K up front
Promotion bonus and 20% sell on
Once cash received, hand him over like a Breaking Bad deal

7 goals in 3 years for the sheeeet after leaving us. They didn't need him, that's why he only started about 20 games in two seasons. Nearly a goal every two games for Oxford and Rovers. That is correct, this was the biggest piece of shithousery I’ve seen for a long time just to derail our season. Absolute cants! 💩

In all fairness to Bolton they seem to be trying to get this done asap

Let's hope they don't miss the deadline despite our lot ringing them every 5 minutes to check, eh?

When is the actual deadline, thought it was midnight tonight but somehow mentioned tomorrow and if so what time?

If this happened to us we would deserve it after our antics in the summer window. Would teach us a lesson that’s for sure.

Would take 750k and sell on %. His form has nosedived and appears to have done everything but hand in a transfer request.
Pompey just signed Tom McIntyre (25-year-old regular CB) from Reading for 75k!
Reading have a few good players that we should be looking at, including Smith. If they're being forced to sell at any price we need to cash in before others do.

We made about 5 final offers for JCH Did we phone a friend too? Friend was already in the building

Quite unprofessional for an opposing manager to talk about bids for our player tbh.
Personally for that I'd be tempted to walk away.

Take the money plus reasonable sell on clause say 20 %. If he sulks we might get less in the summer and have paid six months wages as well. A bird in hand is worth two in the bush.

Given Collins record over the past couple of seasons, his age and the fact he's the current L1 player of the year, I'd say he's worth 1M+.
However, as it seems he's keen on the move it weakens our position slightly.
If it's 750k up front and we can agree a decent sell on, then it might be best to accept and move on.
Get this sorted today and we can concentrate on incomings before the deadline.

Azza has been tremendous for BRFC; unfortunately, the goals have stopped, although his assists and ability is still there, personally I would be happy for him to stay, however if he is not in MM plans, then £750k shake hands and say our good byes seems like a good deal for all parties; especially if the club spent the funds on JCH.

I wonder how many other clubs have fans banging on that they should buy JCH.
