Saw the clubs financial controller job advertised on LinkedIn. The salary offering was well below market rate for the title. The advert had many grammar and spelling mistakes.
I do fear about the direction since September.

Deary me. Didn't this all die down and people left the forum when we started winning football matches ? Whilst I don’t have time for the anti Barton stuff (despite firmly agreeing with the decision to sack him when we did) I think it’s clear that all is not well at the club. Funny thing is. I’ve played by the rules since coming back on! I was really enthused by the Conteh stuff. Thought we’d had a step change with our recruitment and really liked how we seemed to be just getting it done. Lowballing someone with a low release clause is moronic behaviour. |

To be fair to the owners, the Quarters land for housing, South stand plans, end of the FM proposal were all on the cards before the takeover. Since the takeover, the delays to the South Stand and having to sack JB etc have probably cost a lot of money. The owners are business people and so normal for them to be diligent to try to get the best possible value for money and return on investment.

The guy thinks he is a real wheeler dealer businessman who can go around trying to under cut and low ball other people ... he is a child in a grown ups world.
He is doing serious damage to our club and I think their is worse is still to come.
I will absolutely not be surprised if we are looking for yet another manager before the season end and only this time we will be in a real relegation dog fight and phucked!!

The agent rang me and I said, 'don't waste my *ing time.' His agent's got a bit of stick from this deal but his agent tried his best for his player in so many ways and on so many levels. "On the Thursday, Eddy rang me and said, 'sorry about the bid. We got that one wrong. We shouldn't have put it down.' |

Know you have switched the over way and everything is bad and falling apart. So out of interest, which is the truth?? As you seem to contradict yourself, depending on what you are feeling like at the time 😂. One minute you are using another club chairman as a source, the next minute, you are using someone know that would only know stuff if they were high up and involved in negotiations. If you or your source is going to make stuff up, at least remember what you have said previously. |

From my side, this has been going on since September, when the club didnt pay an August invoice and I have chased it in November, December and have all but given up on it without having to go the official route of reclaiming it, which I dont want to do. But then others have the same problem. Then it comes about that the footballing recruitment side is a shambles in August, October and now January. All of these things aren't coincidences, its real time. We are in a mess. The son has appointed his university mates to positions on the board, they have no idea how to conduct themselves in front of other football clubs directors, cant pay people, cant negotiate transfers, cant complete transfers, cant appoint a manger and hes peeing off the manager they did appoint by his inability to conduct himself like an owner. I mean, these are just things on the surface that are all laid bare for people to see. It's like he thinks its championship manager and he can knock one out to pornhub whilst the game is going through it simulation. Someone needs to get hold of him by the ears and give him a damn good shake. |

Definitely not sure why it was never announced officially that JMac had joined, all we got was Taylor confirming it in an interview. Certainly was there last night, shouting a lot from the dugout throughout the game. Both him and Taylor seemed almost in disbelief at what the players were doing at points. |

I’d be willing to bet good money that if Wael was running the recruitment side of things Martin would have signed his contract weeks ago and Conteh would have been starting in midfield. Do you think it's a coincidence that we started spending more and planning the be stand while the deal was going through?? Your source should have known all about that. Martin was signed after they came in. Barton was sacked and paid off, after they came in. Taylor was on a championship wage and came in after they came in. I will give them time. Things have to improve before the summer market. I will judge them, once the summer market closes. |

Sam Finely, the manager needs help, that is a FACT. Matt Taylor, I don’t know what is going on, Chris Martin was a done deal before the weekend and we had done a deal for a player who would have started tonight (Conteh), this is a FACT, he said it. Not Pirate, Roady, Dust, not even Daniel, no rumours, the manager said it. I hope this helps you, I think you need some after school tuition as well me old mucker. |
