Just out of interest, how tall is Jed?? I’ve had a look around but seems like it’s confidential info! FM24 (I know it's game) has him listed as 6'1. Short for a GK I'd guess? Sounds about right, was wondering this today and he was stood next to Evans who’s also listed as 6’1 and looked same height. |

Yes there are more points to play for. But rich, up to you, but just enjoy a very good win and an excellent keeper performance by one of our own. Stop trying to turn it into the start of a play off push.its not. You help make this place schizophrenic!! Tuesday showed us that we’re way behind other teams. Exeter were awful but beat us easily. We’ll win some and we’ll lose some before the end of the season. We just need to be pleased we’re looking better than last year and with some strategic improvements we could improve next season. Every time we win play offs are mentioned and when we lose everyone worries about looking backwards. Which tells me what we are, a bog-standard mid table league one team which can, in a relatively poor league one, beat teams at the top but can also slip up against teams lower down. Just enjoy the wins rich! Well done MT today and well done the team after a difficult week. And if Aaron C wants to go let him. He had a great 2022 with us but apart from that…. He’s good but not as good as he thinks he is. Today, special mentions to Chris M, Jed W and Kamil C, a good start. 👍👍👍 UTG! I agree with so much of this comment. I also don’t look backwards too often. I’m just an optimistic, hopeful guy. I enjoy my football this way. Hope keeps my interest alive. Enjoy your evening. Looked better without Connor Taylor in the defense today. I think he'll be in for a fight to get his starting spot back.

Thoroughly enjoyed that today ….
Some excellent performances and Ward, Finley and Conteh were stand outs for me.
What a difference having a confident keeper who can save shots and distribute well as also talks to his defence.
Finley and Conte will get better and better as they learn each others games.
Everyone put in a shift George Friend was encouraging everyone which was great to see.
We do need bodies in though and I am hoping some more are on the way out …
In - Central defender so we don’t need to rely on Connolly who just looked confused when he came on … missed his marker at a corner who had a free header but Jed made a good save.A real liability.
Striker - which I was told could be close and interestingly a winger on loan which would be last day possibly.
Out - Scott Sinclair and AC …. Interest also from a L2 side for Big John - would depend if we can get one / two strikers in - possibly a young gun on loan ? - Also Cox could return to Brentford IF a keeper that MT wants can be found.
All in all … much improved as a team unit and loads of energy.

Just back home
Well that was enjoyable wasn’t it. So much better
Team looked like we knew what we were doing and players were playing the right position
Glad i finally got my way with Jed playing.
KC just what we needed. Crama excelled in the centre of the back 3. Thomas ran everywhere. Finley tackle of the year and 2 assists.
Not a great day for Martin but of course he still scores! UTG enjoy the weekend everyone.

Whilst Jed ( he’s one of our own) Ward got MOM today,I thought Tristan Cramer had a storming game today, with the experience of James Wilson next to him, he really looked a quality player.
The atmosphere created by the South Stand was another massive plus today, hopefully the club can repeat the price offer for the Fleetwood game Tuesday week, then hopefully once the stand is fully operational, price it sensibly & get it filled regularly,as it must give the players a lift playing towards that end.
