Does either Taylor or the owners know what they are doing? That is another absolute rubbish performance with a team that changed formation and personnel so many times with no real improvement. Throughout the game the only consistency was playing with one up front. Does it work? I don't think it has ever really worked. We are supposed to be the home side but we play like the away side with a Manager who does not appear to know what he is doing and in two games against two awful sides we have struggled to conjure up decent chances. How long will it take the Manager to work out that Grant is an awful defender and Gordons end product is a waste of time.Taylor has managed to make us even worse and nothing I have seen so far makes me think he is even an average Manager.. oh no I must be wrong because Roady says he is a very good Manager.

I wouldn't be surprised if Taylor got the boot come April Me too. Thought it was telling that the recent coaching appointments were only til the end of the season, smacks of the owners not having too much confidence in him. I’ve got more confidence in MT than the owners! They didn’t have a clue what was going on after they sacked JB No plan No plan for January window If they’ve got any sense they will realise the club needs a scouting infrastructure and some bloody stability! People forgetting he has only signed ONE of his permanent players. The rest are a bunch of crocks signed by the previous manager There are some good players here but too many stealing a living. MT will work that out and it’s up to us to support him whilst he puts together HIS team UTG |

Have to ask questions of anyone who keeps playing Josh Grant.
If you’re going to start him at least hook him off at half time.
Hope I never have to see him play in the quarters again. Couldn’t believe he was clapped off the pitch. Shocking performance. So lackadaisical.

Also, pasty hut northern one on the east terrace. Two lads standing around doing no work, playing on their phones picking their next song, making everyone queue and letting the two girls do all the work. Need a bloody good speaking to!

I actually feel Matt Taylor is a decent manager and I wasn't particularly enthused when we appointed him. The two points taylor has made every news conference: - lack of experience out on the pitch - lack of striking options working (collins and brown criticism) So in Jan we sign very green midfielders on loan. I don't think that's necessarily on Taylor. I sense he's been let down. |

Got to add some balance, Conteh looks a decent player, can see little improvements with each game. However the last from Ipswich never won a header today, totally out of his depth. Think the new signings have made us weaker to be honest.

Like watching a retro game of div 2 football from 2006. Players who were comfortable on the ball are petrified of it. Not sure we have the players or the belief they can stop the slide to a relegation fight
