Thank christ its not forecast raining today so maybe get a dryish pitch. We don't seem to like the bad weather so fingers crossed it stays fine.
We definitely need to show more pace going forward and stop this back, sides passing and be more direct. Not sure about Baggot as he looked clumsy and sending off material on tuesday night. Hopefully Friend is fit.
Finlay, Taylor and Hunt big outs if not fit but still holding faith and going 2-0 Gas

Feel like I’m saying this every other game recently, but we have to right the wrong of that shameful showing Tuesday night.
In typical Gas fashion I predict we’ll do just that and turn in a very good home victory, another 3-1!

I can’t see us putting in such a poor showing as Tuesday again although it will be tough with so many missing. I think we’ll scrape a 2-1 win with Marquis and Evans on the scoresheet.

Good luck Oz op with their first match day thread!
Here in n w bris, the sun comes out.... it's just like us to go and put on a sterling performance.
We have to coach around teams physically bullying us and man marking....we need a more upbeat performance and creativity. We also need some sort of consistency in defence. All these things are impossible or difficult, but Burton won't give any measures..
Interesting encounter on how we respond to the dire performance, from the excellent performance before.
Surely it's our turn to win?!

MT was saying about stopping crosses coming into our box in the first place. Having 'wingers' who we know can play the defensive side might help doing that.
Would also allow Aguilera to be further up the field.

No Martin will be a blow , and wasted about 7 mins of my life listening to MT's pre match interview.
But hope springs and all that , so a 2-0 win for the boys in blue and white , though heaven knows who's gonna score.
