We got results under Mangan, without what he did we’d be in serious trouble. I would not have been against us keeping him to be fair. I'm not defending Taylor at all. He should have been aware how shut we are at the back and he's done nothing to improve us in that department. Not really a surprise though. This is a manager sacked in his previous job having broke their transfer record twice in the summer, to then go from a crap 1.00 PPM last season, to an even worse 0.69 PPM this season, having conceded an embarrassing 32 goals in 16 games with a measly 15 scored and couldn't turn a losing away run that lasted a YEAR.

We were shambolic before he arrived but he's done nothing to address it. We got results under Mangan, without what he did we’d be in serious trouble. An analysis of this: Mangan got us 8 points in 5 games in the league, or 1.6 points per game. Assuming we lose today, Taylor has 16 points in 13 games, 1.23 points per game, over a season this would be 57 points, last season making us finish 14th, Mangan’s 1.6 over a season would be 74, last season that’d be 8th place. If Mangan had managed us through this period, we’d be 5 points better off and in 10th, if Taylor had managed us through Mangan’s period we’d be 2 points worse off, or in 13th.

What is Grant on the pitch, he cant pass he cant takle he didnt track the player for the cross when they scored. he stood and watched the ball fall to the scorer.

The first half was a classic example of how the game of walking football is played!

Not saying you are Hugo, the Man’s interviews are terrible, he’s stood there the whole half with his arms folded. The passion from him is out there in the pitch, nothing, and we have nothing on the bench to bring on, as Roady said why the hell have we left Greenslade out on loan, we have no attacking intent on the bench. Sinclair , don’t make me laugh.

Give it a break. Let’s see where we are next season. Garner was your hero and then you disowned him when he was poor. Let’s at least give Taylor to Christmas with his own team before you start pontificating.

Grim isn't it? Don't know about anyone else but haven't enjoyed watching us since MT took over. Much preferred when we actually tried to play some football rather than this long ball crap. We all see it differently don’t we. To be honest I don’t see why you’re saying at all. Tuesday and agin today we’ve reverted back to tapping it about slow tempo and unsurprisingly have been crap with zero effect. The two games prior to that we were more direct moved it quicker and won both games. Edit : just scored in the first time we’ve moved the ball quickly all game.

Hats off to anyone who's paid to watch that today. Only a few of this team good enough for league one, good job it's not one of the better sides, we'd be two or three down by now. Totally clueless.

Also worse for wear but 16 in 13 got Barton sacked

The same players had 69% possession at Burton and lost 4-1. Two different managers, two different styles of play = players not good enough.

I’m 7000 miles from Bristol and I stayed up to watch this absolute drivel.
If you’re going to play percentage football at least defend!
Not writing off this manager - it’s way too early but this is pretty abject.
