Say what you like about Joey but he was a good motivator, I just don't see that with Taylor he comes across as very vanilla. Can't see Taylor staying if the form doesn't improve. If Taylor does go as much as it pains me to say it I would be looking at Steve Evans as his replacement you only have to look at how he has turned a struggling Stevenage side close to losing their league position to a playoff challenging league 1 side You are having a laugh. Steve Evans ! and don’t believe Taylor is going anywhere for at least 12 months. To a change a manger before next season would be madness. |

MT's simply got to get 2 or 3 pts from the next 3 games or we'll be in serious trouble, given 3 of the bottom 4 teams all seem to be picking up points, just look at how Charlton are dropping. |

I'm not convinced we will end the season with him in charge now .... if this sh**e footballing lack of effort continues he will be gone in March and then the owners son will probably step in and try and keep us in L1. Talk of a huge hike in season ticket prices as well for next season - Fans are truly being tested by this awful new leadership regime. This bunch of clowns are going to be the literal death of our club |

Not sure what happened but against Burton and Stevenage the players looked uninterested as did JB. He used to be a good motivator but he was failing before he left. And that was with players he had brought to the club. And, Finley looks to have had a new lease of life under MT before he got injured. So he was motivated by MT. Truth is no teams in the lower leagues could lose your spine of Taylor, Ward, Finley and Martin (for the Burton game) and not be affected. Add to that the indecision surrounding the goalkeeping situation all season (and even last season) and I think if we finish mid table we will have done ok. I think the loss of two winnable home games against poorish teams has made the situation look worse. We’re an average mid table League 1 side who will flip flop our way towards the season's end. As for Steve E, no thanks. Blimey in some ways he’s a more reprehensible character than JB! UTG! |

We were doing OK at Burton and looking like we could get an equaliser until Wood got sent off for a foolish challenge and, as we always seem to do away from home, just gave up when we were down to 10 men.
Perhaps the players sensed JB was on the way out before the Stevenage game although we did fight back to draw 1-1, I think most of us would take a similar result tomorrow night.
The stats don't lie, under JB we only lost once now you wonder where the next win is coming from.

Feb 4th Milton Keynes Dons- Lost Feb 18th Burton - Lost March 14 Wycombe - Lost March 18 Portsmouth - Lost April 18 Sheffield Wednesday - Lost May 7 Bolton - Lost We managed 9 points at home in 11 games from 1st Jan 23 to the end of the season. For fair comparison, we have 3 points at home since the 1st Jan. Only need 6 more points to equal JB record from last season. |

Sorry down to the manager to get the best out of the squad.
These are supposedly professional football players. Whilst I agree a manager needs to develop an identity with a team, you still have to work with what you take over.
Impossible to chuck away two dozen players and replace them all in one hit.
Plenty of clubs that have had massive turn arounds by changing Manager and not players.
I have no idea about who should be our manager, but IMO thier are plenty of top class managers that should be getting a tune out of our current squad.
