Guys, tell the truth I’ve I’m on holiday and had plenty of cans and am a bit hot and bothered and the inner keyboard warrior comes out.
I think I got this one wrong TBH.
I’m turned around. I had quid for a kid so other generations should.
That’s a first - someone on the internet climbing down.
Apologies and fair play to you for putting me straight.

Has anyone nerdy done a price comparison of season tickets across our league and below? I'd be interested to see how our pricing brackets etc compare now moving forward. This is Rovers 2024/25 Prices vs the Rest of League One 2023/24. A couple of points, obviously this is the "Cheapest" options for both, many clubs have different brackets for u11, u15, u18 etc. Some will be terrace, some seats. This was before the Family Ticket announcement. Obviously these can change a lot with new ST announcements. It's just an idea of what we're looking at. Edit: No orange bar? Kids go free. That really is an incredible graph that. How have we got this so so wrong.

We should be cheaper than the red turds down the road no matter what. Worse league, worse stadium, worse hopes and dreams. At least rovers smells better.

Quit being a cheapskate. I bet people whinging about it still spend money on sky tv and scratchcards. Every pound spent goes to the club. This isn’t a charity. Consistently the worst takes on here, fair play. On the wind up again , strange way to get a bit of attention but the blokes a bit of an odd ball so best ignored.

They addressed that quickly.. obviously realised they were taking the water. I think the bar is too expensive and suggest a protest at the bar for the next home game. Blockade the doors so that nobody can get in and everybody bring an 8 pack. This'll learn em. The jobsworth stewards already do that with their needless 1 in 1 out policy

Move along and moreover, respect to you for not being a twot about it

If we have a season ticket for a kid which works out as £10 a game (and bear in mind that’s £2.48 a week) how low do you think it should go I genuinely think kids under 11 should be free if with an adult. If we get them in then money is spent on them. I do not wish to dwell or no longer discuss my own situation but things can change, in an instant. I have now experienced both sides of this. I had to make some huge changes and rationalise every DD and cancel much. This is just my opinion. I also will add that I have not seen effort go into other ways of bringing in extra to the club. I hope to see this change. It's an excellent point; I spend a sh*t load more in the ground if my son is with me; food, drinks, programme etc. Don't bother with anything other than beer OUSTSIDE the ground if I'm there on my own / with mates.

If we had quid for a quid back in the day; why not quid for £3 now. Or even £5. Fair dos. £5 won’t break any bank.

Maybe having to increase the kids prices is a way to keep the club going now? The owners have come out and said they want to go for promotion in the next three years. Who do you expect to fund this? We cannot compare ourselves to the Ashton Gate crowd, they lose about £40m a year. It's just lucky they have a multi billionaire owner who is funding those losses (he isn't happy about it mind). I understand everyone's frustration. However, the best protest would be to stay away. Hit them in the pocket. Won't keep the club going if no one buys them. True. The gamble they are taking is that next season we see some success. If we do, those that didn't but a ST will be paying per game and paying even more. If we struggle then we will be back to crowds of 5k to 6k.

The gamble that we should see success is harder odds than finding elvis. My dad owned a bookie in the 80s and they often put out an “elvis found alive” offer because suckers were willing to pay it! Edit: didn’t own it, managed a branch of one

£129 is actually £5.61 per match. Doesn't sound too horrific to me. Perhaps the issue is finding the £129 in 1 go?
You could pay by Paypal and split into 3 payments with no extra charge.

But then you have to add the £350-£500 for your adult ticket on top.
