What a dreadful football match We don’t look at all interested & they are dross It’s exactly why I haven’t been to any home or away games for a while now. I know I’ll get knocked by some but right now , I genuinely have better ways to spend my weekends / week nights. |

Attempt missed. Connor Taylor (Bristol Rovers) right footed shot from the left side of the six yard box is close, but misses to the left. Assisted by Antony Evans with a cross following a corner.

Thought Fleetwood looked quite good at the mem,but now i can see why they are down the bottom they are shocking.
Nearly 64% possession for us but just the one effort on target.

MT has definitely tried to keep things very tight first halves after so many early goals against. So hopefully a bit more adventurous 2nd half.

Pretty rubbish so far. Saturday we didn’t have a single shot on target in the first half and today it took until the 45th minute to test their keeper. I don’t know what formation MT wants us to be playing but it ends up 4-5-1 most of the time - means plenty of possession but very little threat. Fleetwood happy just to let us pass sideways and backwards in front of them and no doubt they will score on the counter second half.
If Evans is going to play deep we might as well take Finley off and bring on Brown to give Martin some support. I wouldn’t bring Marquis on - he couldn’t hit a cows banjo with a barn door.

Definitely Fleetwood tactics on 20 minutes, keeper goes down, team group chat and different team appear. But the big frustration was we had 20 minutes of dominance and not one shot on goal. We look void of ideas and no punch up front. Martin might as well be stood on the terrace behind their goal net. Yup it’s dire!!

Lots of huff and puff with no end product , Evans should have buried that to the keepers left , sat up so nice for him.
Atmosphere like a morgue , lets hope it gets better 2nd half COY Gas
