Just watching the players warm up .., As usual the subs group just playing keep ups and messing around - we wonder why we get so many hamstring and strain injuries. Players just not warming up - there are enough coaches out there to have a word but more interested in other things clearly. Even at the incredibly modest and lowly level that I played, I had a very thorough warm up and stretch regime that I followed as I knew I'd pull a hamstring or a calf muscle, or Achilles if I didn't. I'd like to think our players are well enough advised and educated to do something themselves if it isn't a team thing |

While a sub could be on after 1 min but realistically probably not for 60 mins therefore a full warm up is not required, would possibly cause more issues. |

Hoole's having a poor game generally and now managed to pick up a cheap, and I thought a bit harsh, yellow. |

Sadly it’s one team with something to play for and the other waiting for the holidays.
Cant complain about the goal, only 1 team actually wanting to win a game of football. Conteh has looked awful today too
