Bolton away version or Lincoln away?
With a few more bodies back I’m hoping for the former with a nervous 2-1 win after going 1 down. Evans to star hopefully.

Got a feeling we’ll have too much for them today. After some initial pressure from them(maybe we go one down) we’ll put 3 past them.
Could be some surprise players dropped and starting.
Did I see McCormick in the training photos?

Last two teams played by Port Vale beginning with B this season.
Blackpool Won 3-0.
Burton Albion Won 1-0.
Just a question of how many the prolific Ryan Loft scores. Probably a brace today.
Unless we get two penalties, an own goal and a Vale player sent off.
The script has been written.

A Loft screamer from 30 yards into the top corner directly from his first touch trying to trap a long pass, Evans with the equalizer with a proper screamer !!!

Who will show today ? the good, the bad or the ugly Rovers. Lots of hope with a few from injury list maybe coming into starting lineup or on bench. I have been disappointed in a season that promised so much. Predicting the ugly Rovers to show up and grind out an ugly draw 1-1.

Can't make up my mind whether to go or not and I only live about half an hour away!It feels as though any interest in this season has gone although it's a big game for PV.I can see us being flat and PV being really up for it and worst of all, Lofty putting one past us.At the same time, I don't like the sound of buying a ticket via a QR code outside the ground before KO- tried to do that before at another game and it was a nightmare. All in all, can't see myself forking out £25 on a rainy day in Stoke. Cheer me up for gods sake!

If you go on the Vale website, it looks like you can buy away tickets online before you set off (so no excuses!  . Assume it would be an e-ticket rather than collect at the ground but not bought one myself yet as like you, don’t live too far away, but illness has struck and not sure me and the kids are up to it. |

We'll either get battered again (it will then be the players at fault), or scrape a win that will have Mr Taylor promising a new dawn and he'll take credit. He's exactly the same as Barton in that respect...he never holds his hands up and says he got it wrong. |

I can't really understand his rant yesterday about the players not being able to defend, as given most of the players have Championship backgrounds, Crama, Taylor, Connolly etc, then surely they've been taught the basics of defending by those clubs, even if JB apparently decided he wasn't going to concentrate on that side of their game. |

I’m in Goa, India. KO here 8.30pm. Leave hotel at 11.45pm for fight back to UK. Let’s hope for a great start to my trip home. I’m going for an encouraging 1-0 win. Expecting to see a solid defensive effort from defence and midfield.
