Yes this time next year we will be relagted with Taylor as manager He wouldn't be here this time next year if we were in a relegation battle. So that's the first rumor that is rubbish. There will be plenty of rubbish rumors over the summer😂 |

I think the only players we have been linked with are the ex Exeter players. I expect a lot of players are waiting to see what happens in the play offs and stuff at the moment. Hartridge and Kite. Underwhelmed with indifference. |

He would be sacked if we are near the bottom way before then, like any manager would at the majority of clubs. Hopefully he will still be here, as that will mean we are doing okay. But there is no way he would be here this time next year if we were relegated. |

This time of the year is one of the most boring for us fans. Nothing will really get going on the transfer front for at least a month and most rumours will be far off the mark.

Thanks. Somehow, I can't see Rovers admin getting their head around the rules for Elite Significant Contribution players, but you never know. More likely we'll get non UK players through loans - Aquilera as an example. |

This time of the year is one of the most boring for us fans. Nothing will really get going on the transfer front for at least a month and most rumours will be far off the mark. At least we will have the Euro's this year. I keep thinking I will try not to think about Rovers for now, as we know it's going to be quiet. But then I still check this site and others about ten times a day😂 |

If our current owners are more focused on getting costs under control and development of our own players, rather than buying them, they might well let him carry on rather than pay him off and pay even more money for a replacement. I get what you're saying, but the whole situation (is that polite enough?) with the club doesn't give me much optimism. |

No teams promoted have been relegated. Unusual. Well done Argyle. See you and Huddersfield and Birmingham That must be the first time in a while right? Especially as Rotherham have been yoyo-ing so much. It shows the level of investment you need at the Championship though, Plymouth spent a solid amount of money under their American owners and they only just stayed up. Kinda worrying Ipswich double promotion amazing for them! Should inspire us to be more ambitious than championship in 3-5 years. Also Birmingham relegated that's a decent away day in a nice stadium for us next season. Ipswich deserve many of the plaudits they're getting, absolutely superb what they've done. But tbf, their squad by the end of L1 was probably a solid Championship team, they were signing players for extreme L1 money. Still, to get promoted on that is massively impressive From The Times this morning: Last season FGR were above Ipswich when the teams met in L1in August 22 but next season Ipswich will be in the Premier League and FGR will be a non league club. Almost unbelievable isn’t it? |

Absolutely Kent Gas and all supporters should see and remember that if your club is run well the pyramid can still be climbed, however run your club badly and free fall down the divisions is likely. |
