Looks like Anthony is working hard to keep himself fit over the closed season in Dubai.
Big difference from the old days where players would let themselves go over the summer months.

Like the profile of Dawson, had a solid time at Exeter, he played in that Sheff Wednesday side that got promoted Would make the goalkeeper department extremely competitive.

I can't see Dawson swapping life on the bench at Wednesday for a similar role at Rovers, you have to assume that he's been promised the No 1 jersey this season.

I can't see Dawson swapping life on the bench at Wednesday for a similar role at Rovers, you have to assume that he's been promised the No 1 jersey this season. He'd be a number 1 for sure and exactly the type Jed can learn from. Commanding keeper, good hands, be a good signing if true. |

Jack Diamond to Stockport is a good signing imo. I guess that depends on whether he can put his criminal trial behind him, as Brown doesn't seem the same player since his trial. |

Wednesday have announced the signing of Watford's Ben Hamer, so I assume that's a sign Dawson is definitely leaving. |

Burton have paid a transfer fee for Shrewsbury's Jason Sraha, not sure they'll still now be likely relegation candidates.

Just shows the money you get as a good league 1 player. So different to the days of jogging along Weston or Burnham sands. |

Sad things is that due to the lack of news or even rumour so far we are getting excited about Sinclair signing a new deal - No way is he good enough and unless there is a radical uplift in player quality we will be right in the relegation mix next season. Our relegation rivals are already strengthening and spending money to do so. All that said I am hopeful of positive news next week ... |
