Sam Finley quilting, is there more to this than meets the eye? Probably is more than meets the eye 👁️👁️. Definitely a Barton man who I would assume has been talking with him on a regular basis. Barton’s agent has probably got him a gig closer to Liverpool in L2. Had some good games but for my mind very hit and miss. I’m glad he’s gone/going as it helps get rid of another Barton reminder. wishing Sam well but more happy than sad Stoney UTG

Someone from the club needs to come out and put this rumour to bed. Is Abdullatif headboard? or is it someone else?

What do you mean by quitting? His contract is up and we've decided not to renew it? Or am i missing something else?

It also seems likely all the "Scouse MAFIA" will be moved on, then no doubt when MT departs his replacement will want to move on his "Devon Crew" the only winners seem to be the players agents.

see that the BP are reporting in the same article that Big Jon is also leaving (not seen it mentioned on here) also with Josh Grant having an option of an extra year - should we take it up?

If Grant is offered another contract, it will be the biggest waste of money since the signing of Mickey Evans. And there have been an awful lot of awful deals since that particular one.

If Grant is offered another deal it will demonstrate just how little the owners respect the fans, how little they know about football and really lower the bar on any expectation for next season.

Isn’t that likely to be a manager’s decision not the owner’s? And if it is MT’s, more a reflection on what he thinks he can get player-wise with the budget available. UTG! edit: sorry Gassy you beat me to it.

If Josh Grant gets an extension I’ll… I’ll….
I don’t know what I do but I definitely know I won’t be happy!

UTG! edit: sorry Gassy you beat me to it. Think back to MTs comment about him picking his strongest team and some of the very strange team starting line ups that were being made before - Surely MT knows his players so was someone else telling him who to put in the team so they can provide input for end of season discussions - Genuine question i don't know the answer.
