Give the guy a break if the owners are announcing something without telling TG how he's supposed to know? TG now seems to be CEO in name only. What's the point of him then? Get rid. Perhaps there's more to it than simply get rid of the CEO, did the new owners insist the CEO stayed on board for at least a year after the takeover, or did Wael insist he stayed on board as part of the deal. For all we know TG may be just as keen to move on as you are, no doubt when the new contract owners employ their own man you'll be over the moon, until a month or two into their tenure.

It seems that disabled supporters will get a card at no cost, everybody else will have to pay the £15. The introduction of the £15 charge was decided by the owners, TG was not aware that it was happening. (via somebody who has had a response to their email to TG) I was told by Mr Gorringe that the decision was made by the Board there was no mention of the owners. From memory,he is a member of the board. So he may have been involved in the proposed introduction of this charge. I told him that at the time of paying for my new season ticket I was told that the new card would be sent at a later date. There was never any mention of a charge for this, so basically they are in contravention of the arrangement that was made at that time I have suggested to him that the proposed charge is removed with immediate effect. Also I informed him that I know nothing about digital tickets and have absolutely no idea what a wallet is on a phone. I am still waiting for him to get back to me.

TG is no longer a board member, that's now Wael, the two Al Saaed's and their two mysterious mates. It is still being sent but via email not in the post!!

(via somebody who has had a response to their email to TG) I would be surprised if TG admitted in an e-mail that the £15 charges were insisted upon by the owners without his input/knowledge. You would not expect a CEO to palm the blame of such a contentious issue up to his paymasters.. if that were made public it would surely not look good for him at all.

I refuse to be told to use this technology. I don't understand it.

TB suggests he did in an email to him? I just went through the process of trying to purchase a new s/t and this is the message you get to explain the fees, it seems the club are still indicating they are charging money to send tickets, I also can't see any indications s/t's will be digital only and so require the purchaser to have the use of a mobile phone. Delivery Info Panel Placeholder text United Kingdom: Postage fee £2.20 Ticketfast delivery fee £2.00 Other Countries: Customers in other countries: by Box Office Collection: £0.0

The season ticket for the season just finished had a £1 delivery fee for the card, as others have mentioned it’s digital only for next seasons
Though my ticketmaster account, I’ve a NFL season ticket (OK it’s only 2 games) but they send the tickets on a game by game basis, & also give the opportunity to transfer the tickets, which is easy to do….
