It seems that disabled supporters will get a card at no cost, everybody else will have to pay the £15. The introduction of the £15 charge was decided by the owners, TG was not aware that it was happening. (via somebody who has had a response to their email to TG) I would be surprised if TG admitted in an e-mail that the £15 charges were insisted upon by the owners without his input/knowledge. You would not expect a CEO to palm the blame of such a contentious issue up to his paymasters.. if that were made public it would surely not look good for him at all. No idea if TG responded via email or telephone, I am just passing on what I heard. I thought that the Board of the football club consisted of the two Al-Saeeds and Wael. |

He's also no longer CEO, according to Abdullatif at tge Q&A his official position at the club is Club Representative. Not much to represent until next August. I don't remember that. |

TG is no longer a board member, that's now Wael, the two Al Saaed's and their two mysterious mates. It is still being sent but via email not in the post!! My point was. I was told that my new CARD would be sent in the post. No mention of any crap digital Rubbish. If they don't give me a card. I will have my money back. I'm sick to the eye teeth with this nonsense. I refuse to be told to use this technology. I don't understand it. Have you dictated this to a young un to post? |

There was an attachment with Tom Gorringe CEO. If you have access to emails then you can just print off the QR code when it's received and use that, you don't need a physical card |

I've just checked mine and it states: "Name: Digital Only Season Card Amount: £.00" There's no mention of a card being sent later in the email acknowledging the purchase. Mine does too: Fees Name: Digital Only Season Card Amount: £.00 Name: Season Ticket Processing Fee Amount: £3.50 I wasn't told by email that my new card would be sent to me. I was told in person at the club ticket office/shop at the time that I renewed it. I am not disabled, but I am not able to adhere to their rule of uploading/downloading/ printing. They tried this sh it last season. I told them I wasnt prepared to do it, and missed the first couple of matches until my plastic card was delivered. I am not going to do it again |

Not as many as used to, but I don't know many people who don't have access to a smartphone. My dad doesn't know how to use it😂. But if he needs anything, we will do it for him. |

But if he needs anything, we will do it for him. Actually, I think you have touched on something that hasn't been discussed. Last season, I bought two tickets for the South Stand from a forum user. He sent me a Google wallet files and I added them to my wallet for me and a mate. I was able to easily use both tickets from the same phone. So me mate went in first and I swiped the the next ticket and I went through the turnstyle. |

I am not going to do it again I think it's the definition of the term 'card'. If you look at what mine says, it does say season card. It just has the word "Digital" on front. Those that have complained about changing the T's and C's that bought online, don't really have any claim. Those that bought in person and it wasn't explained, probably do. |

What's the point of him then? Get rid. Perhaps there's more to it than simply get rid of the CEO, did the new owners insist the CEO stayed on board for at least a year after the takeover, or did Wael insist he stayed on board as part of the deal. For all we know TG may be just as keen to move on as you are, no doubt when the new contract owners employ their own man you'll be over the moon, until a month or two into their tenure. I'll give them a couple of disasterclasses before I want them sent to prison. |

Think you have to fly to Rome first. Not sure of the directions after that though. Watch out for them gladiators when you are there though…..they can get a bit rough at times. |
