Anybody else surprised Hoole, Sinclair and Rossiter are all only considering our offers, does that mean the offers are so low that they are seriously considering their options? To quote meatloaf 2 out of 3 ainโt bad ( not itk ) Rumours Hoole of to Newport, Scotty staying and who knows what Rossiter will do but I hope he shows faith.

disappointed to say the least, hello division two! What's disappointing about that list or any reason to believe that we will get relegated because we've released players like Gordon and Grant?

disappointed to say the least, hello division two! I honestly do not know what people expected. Do you think we have realised the wrong players? What I donโt get is why suddenly people think we are league two bound? Letโs all be honest we knew who was being let go apart from the youngsters, the ones offered new contracts if they accept them are obvious and I would hope that they all accept. We all knew it is going to be a major change and yes I also expect one or two not on the list to depart as well. Really want the team to be shaped around Evans but have a feeling he will be gone and the team will be shaped around ?

disappointed to say the least, hello division two! Firstly - theyโve let everyone go who was out of contract bar Martin who has had an extension, and offered renewals to 2 or 3 players whom most of us would have offered an extension to. Whoever is left, is left because theyโre under contract. Doesnโt mean theyโll stay. If they say theyโve transfer listed them the club has basically revealed it wants shot of the players so its bargaining position is gone. Its better to not reveal your hand than to come out letting everyone know you havenโt any cards to play with. Finally - how can you be sure at this point weโre going to get relegated? We could bring in championship level players from here and end up getting promoted. Who knows. Could easily go the other way but the point is anything could happen here on in. The most positive Iโve seen this place going into a new season was the Garner summer and last summer. The first was a ginormous flop that makes this season seem fantastic and this season was a relative disappointment. We wonโt know come the end of the summer window where we are and we certainly today donโt know what this window will bring.

disappointed to say the least, hello division two! I think the retained/released list was pretty much as most would have expected. The bigger issue is who we sign to play alongside those left and how well they do. We really wonโt know until the season begins, so I wouldnโt panic yet ๐๐พ

Lots of posters saying they don't support Taylor and won't be renewing their season tickets.
Some of them were the same ones giving out at those who refused to back Barton.
Where are all the "get behind the manager" brigade when you want them?

My point still stands though. My position has always been that everyone has something that tips them against a manager at some point but I was told that we should back the manager no matter what.

I just have a terrible feeling about next season. This is what happens whenever it feels like a negative atmosphere around the club. It doesnโt ever reset until after something bad happens.

After careful consideration I had the foresight to admit I was wrong BEFORE his appointment. gaschat.co.uk/post/606035 Like Rotherham did when they sacked the useless Leam Richardson and appointed a proper manager, but sadly we aren't as brave. Run by stubborn and narcissistic fools who are the types to only acknowledge they are wrong when its too late. I knew it was going to be a disaster when Wael was leading the search for a new manager. An what an absolute disaster it has been. Deary me. View AttachmentStop lying. That post is after he was appointed. We can all remember you bigging him up at the time. You made me think we were all wrong. But I just went back and double checked. When he was appointed, you were saying great appointment, the board have done the right thing etc. Topper and others were in disagreement and you were saying that were wrong and upset as their choice was appointed. The post you just shared was months after he had been in charge. So if you changed your mind before, why were you arguing with those who were against the appointment?? Pirate has been fiddling around with the timings of his posts and editing them after a rethink. It's all a bit sad really. Quite revisionist too. Me support Garner? Ho ho don't think so. Look at this post I edited after he was sacked!!!!!

Sadly , I will be renewing my season ticket though as Iโm a real glutton for punishment. Taylor doesnโt feel me with confidence and Iโm almost certain heโll be gone early doors next season, hope people bump this post after ten games unbeaten and weโre top of the league ๐๐๐๐

Look at this post I edited after he was sacked!!!!! Bullshit. I made a thread about him after Tony Pulis had sung his praises and tipped him for a future management role. That was around the time of Coughlan'a departure I think. I said then a 'left field' shout. I did later change my mind and that is a fact, but I was also willing to back him when he was eventually appointed and hoped it would work out. Wael was hoping to go down the buy low sell high approach and a good coach was required. I was told "like Brentford, but on a smaller scale" or words to that effect. Garner is a good coach and a lot of the players enjoyed playing for him, he just wasn't cut out for first team management. The club also screwed up the recruitment as per usual. But let me make it clear for dullards like yourself and yatton who I'm sure have never made a bad call in their life, I didn't actually interview the fella or even appoint him. In some ways he actually reminds me of Taylor, shockingly bad football and a personality to cure the worst case of insomnia.

Where are all the "get behind the manager" brigade when you want them? I would like to see a survey of those that are turning their backs on Rovers due to us having one of the best seasons (position in the league ladder wise) in the last 23 years. I would like to see the split of Haters Vs Fan Boys to see if there is there correlation? ๐คทโโ๏ธ
