18 year old defender with Chippenham Town, has been called up to the England "C" Squad (non league national team). Sheffield Wednesday, QPR and Reading have him on their radar, apparently Chippenham want £10k plus 20% sell-on clause. Sounds like the sort of player we should be picking up, if we seriously want to develop a youth system. (I'm sure pirate will have some more detailed info he can add) |

Commanding young defender. Good header of the ball and good distribution. What's not to like?

(I'm sure pirate will have some more detailed info he can add) Our 1st team analyst Callum Nicholls used to work for Chippenham so they should be aware of him I've never really looked at him and thought wow, but that isn't to say he wouldn't be worth a trial to see up close how he compares to what we have just released and still have in the building. As Norton says, the analyst will be fully aware of him and the likes of Harlee Vozza in their U23s. Ellison trialled at Brentford, Sheffield Wednesday and Swansea previously. Was quite surprised that Joe Rye (Worthing) and Harrison Burke (Chester) haven't previously received call ups to England C, and lower down the pyramid the likes of Josh Tobin (Walton & Hersham) and Luther Williams (Leatherhead) would be worth a trial if we did start a u21/development setup. *EDIT: Luke Jenkins deservedly received a callup after a good season at Chelmsford City. |

Wally wouldn't pay the £15k required to get Liam Scales who is now at Celtic and an Ireland international, so if the manager likes and wants him, let's not make that mistake again. Please.

With Stars like us as well Aodhan Doherty at Linfield is one I really like and Ethan McGee there is decent too. They recently sold Braiden Graham to Everton. |

Was Speaking to someone who knows him well and said the Training at Rovers was Embarrassing and it was more intense at Chippenham! Said they stood around and did rondo's for over 1/2 an hour and then a few passing drills and a small sided game! He didn't come back! |

Said they stood around and did rondo's for over 1/2 an hour and then a few passing drills and a small sided game! He didn't come back! If that is the standard of training, No wonder the players looked disinterested and we were so sh*t the second half the season breaking unwanted records for games without scoring.  |
