So With With Jamie McCallister disappearing after the Awards Do and then the Media Guy Enzo leaving (is there a link there ) Annsi Jaakkola leaving, Now Kevin Bond has left although offered a role to stay, A very good Analysis in Adam Mahoney and rumours that Wayne Carlisle may be on his way, Is it just going to be MT on his own in the dug out at the start of the Season. Really is concerning but not surprising! I guess he may have people lined up to come in, and knowing most clubs dont even look to do business until the playoffs are finished I guess things will be very quiet for the next couple of weeks. Enjoy your summer

Enjoy your summer There was an article posted last week about a goalkeeper coach being lined up but the article was later deleted. It looks to me that MT is fully bringing in his own set up and releasing all of the previous managers staff. Not heard any rumours about Wayne Carlisle leaving and would be surprised if it was true.

Mahoney is/was on gardening leave apparently. "Fell out with manager."

Is there really a shortage of coaching staff ? I am sure plenty of people looking for work and Taylor can bring his own people in. People leaving will no doubt free up budget to allow him to do so.

Something about him leaving so soon into a promotion didn't sit right, especially after the owner and MT publicly stated how involved he is/was in the new recruitment process. Really hope we can sort out the behind the scenes stuff soon, seems to be a never ending saga of fall outs and scandals!

Not heard any rumours about Wayne Carlisle leaving and would be surprised if it was true. Maybe WC is leaving his part time role at Rovers.. and then taking on a full time role at Rovers?

The amount of non playing staff I see walking across the pitch before kick off is mind boggling!
Do we REALLY need them? Goalkeeping coach, defensive coach, two physios for injured players?, water boy, manager, asst manager, etc etc etc.
We're not Man City! How many did we have in the Gerry Francis days? GF his assistant and a physio who saved Ian Alexander's life by pulling his false teeth out of his wind pipe!

If we can afford to have more staff which allows them to focus on their specialist activity and this leads to us having a competitive advantage then why not imo?

Some say we are a tinpot outfit with insufficient backroom staff to manage the club. Others say we are overstaffed and bloated and wasting money.

Keep the staff and get rid of the manager.

Back then it was just one mascot and you spent the match on the bench and got to go in the dressing room at half-time - I learnt a lot of new words that day. On the bench from memory it was just me, Bobby Gould, Roy Dolling and the two subs.

No drama, did it all on my own for the Red Lion Reserves. Picked the Team, did the scouting, did the training, washed the kits, marked the pitch, nets & flags. ….and I played…..Never won F All though.
