Orient fans believe we paid £250k for this lad, and think they saw us coming, anyone heard rumours of the fee from this end? It was an agreement to avoid a tribunal setting the fee so would be surprised if that high. I’d heard £150k but don’t remember where from.

Given that he scored 11 goals last season so you assume has the potential to score 15+ then £250K doesn't seem a great deal to pay when we paid similar amount for McCormick and not that much less for Connolly.

Well we apparently paid around the £500k mark for a forward who scored 6 (six) goals last season.. so hopefully that isn't the sole metric used to determine value

Notice in the training pics Rovers have put out today that he’s back in training doing ball work.
Hopefully means his injury isn’t as bad as first feared and we’ll get more of a pre-season into him than we thought.

I thought at the time the fee for Connolly was c£90k.

You know it’s the summer when people spend pages debating what we paid for undisclosed transfers, baby!

He has been brought in to replace Rossiter in the long term treatment room Early reports are the he is great longterm replacement for this postion. With a genuine chance of holding the position for longer and more consistently.

Yet another case of fans making comments with no evidence whatsoever other than the player is injured at the moment with the sort of injury that can occur in pre season training. 42 matches last season seems to indicate that certain "fans" talk a load of rubbish. Get the factsright if you want to criticise.
