The biggest gamble of the signings so far. Cod fans seem divided on ability and future prospects. Seems he's big, awkward, fast and a handful for defenders but lacks control, stamina and is not the best of finishers. Most seem to think we've overpaid if the £500k rumours are correct. I suspect we have paid over the odds and there may be an element of panic given our striker shortage and DC's interest. Don't think DC is the best judge of a player despite being an excellent man manager and motivator. Would I have taken the risk...probably not but I'm not a scout or seen him player. Guess that's the kitty more or less emptied.

Sounds like a young Ellis Harrison, quick, powerful, skilful (to a degree), tall, perhaps lacks a finish? Comes up with some wicked finishes and a bit random at times. I LOVED Ellis, in fact he was one of my favourite Gas forwards in the 2010’s. If Promise is anything like him, I’ll be delighted - not so sure Ellis was as liked by others as much as me, though.

Seems like a good lad .... very decent squad being built, attitudes seem spot on.
If MT can get them as fit as he wants I think we will score many late crucial goals potentially.
