This has opening day defeat written all over it.
We don’t look anything like a team. It’s as if it’s first game of preseason.
We must up our game and play with a bit more energy. The gap between modfield and attack is huge.

Very poor so far, feels like we are missing our CMs and that everyone is playing at 0.75 speed.
Hopefully just first game nerves but seems very much like last season so far.

Northampton look sharper, quicker and more confident. Hutchinson, LT and Promise can’t get in the game.

To be fair we look way off the pace, did we have a preseason??
Goalie wants to get sent off he looks shocking the first half hour hopefully he settles down.

Only positive for me so far is Bilongo…
We are absolutely second best to a team tipped for relegation.
Midfield is non existent so far …

Bilongo signed from Middlesbrough Town and Martin misses our next game which is against Cambridge! Our next game is Tuesday against Cardiff in the cup. I know - shame she doesn’t! |
