Topper .Wilson played well Sat don't you think? All the defence played well, but as I posted the real tests will come in the next 3 away games, don't you agree?

I do but you must overcome your biased view of Wilson.Sometimes I agree that last season he was disappointing but Sat he oozed class. It won't cause you pain to say,'Yes he did play well'.Anyway I too have been guilty of being curmudgeonly but looking forward to Cardiff to-morrow.

I take it back. And so should Brady. The officials got it right, definitely a corner - more gamesmanship antics from Northampton, but some of us weren't 100% sure. A well crafted goal...well done LT for delivery. I was standing only a few yards away from the incident, and I was in no doubt that it was a corner. Think, that the Cobblers defender was trying to con the lino, and was upset when his bluff didn`t come off.

Wilson has been decent all pre season, he was excellent on Saturday as well. Playing in a 3 obviously suits him.

Wilson has been decent all pre season, he was excellent on Saturday as well. Playing in a 3 obviously suits him. He had always played better in a 3 when he was at Plymouth. No surprise he struggled in a back 4 last season especially when all our defence was poor. Fingers crossed he continues to play well in a system he prefers.

Would you travel to Northampton just to watch hoof ball? I wouldn't watch Northampton if I lived in Northampton.

Clinton Mola, really excited by this guy. Won everything in the air and looked to move the ball forward when he had the chance. Can't believe Reading let him go? Blank slate for Wilson, he was different class. Such an exciting back 3 with Taylor and Forbes making up 5 to chose from. What a breath of fresh air Promise is, such a different kind of threat to what we've had in recent years, will only get better as he gets fitter. Couldnt fault the effort of any of those players on the pitch and the gasheads responded. Going to be a tough season but we've got a group we can get behind every week. Well, I'm not the world's most masculine man But I know what I am and I'm glad I'm a man And so is Mola Mo-Mo-Mo-Mo-Mola Mo-Mo-Mo-Mo-Mola Kinky?

Don’t know if it has been mentioned but the crowd of 8529 was bigger than any home gate last season from the first game till Pompey on Boxing Day.
