Having watched the pre-season friendly I am not optimistic. Cardiff are good with strength in depth.
Best we can do is get a draw and do it on pens. Expecting wholesale changes tonight.
On the road at 5pm so should be there plenty early!

Think we may see 7/8 changes to get minutes into those who came off the bench yesterday.
No issues with me if we get beat in the process. Would be nice to win, but the value in this game is getting competitive minutes into said players - almost like a bonus friendly match with more competitiveness about it. Weird take, I know.

Cardiff looked the best side we played in pre season by some distance. I'm not sure whether we weren't quite at it or Cardiff were particularly good that day.
They didn't get off to the best start on Saturday, and apparently didn't play particularly well, so who knows.
Away from home against a Championship side is always going to be tough, and according to MT it will be a much changed starting 11.
It's a free hit really, so if we get through it's a bonus.
